The team was very fast, courteous and was very patient to answer all our questions. One of the guys speak good english which made the explanation easier for us. Over all excellent experience with these guys.

I highly recommend Arash. He is reliable & efficient & communicates very well. We used him for a gas safety certificate & will definitely be using him again.

Had them out in January to replace the boiler and add installation to the attic. Everyone who came were professional and friendly. The job they did was fantastic and completed only in a few days with little to no disruption. Would trust them to do further work.

Had these guys out to service our air source pump. These people are extremely pleasant and helpful from speaking to them on the telephone to the guy who came out to do the service. First class service all round. Very much thank you to you all.

Just had new boiler,radiator valves,loft top up, window vents,all fitted to very high standard and all workmen were polite and helpful and kept me informed of the work needed doing, minimum disruption and Davy was very helpful when filling paperwork.
Had small problem few days after installation and I emailed them and they got straight back to help me.Very Very happy with the teams and company

EXCELLENT 5*****, Andy was more than helpful abd got our new boiler and loft insulation with 2 weeks. I can honestly say it was a pleasure to deal with this company.

I had a phone call on 11 Jul at 17.15 from Energy Solutions. After checking with companies house and Google I found several companies mostly with dubious histories. One of the few that are still in business is Energy Solutions/ Energy Brokers Ltd.
Energy Solutions /Energy Brokers Ltd have complained to Trustpilot that the review is not for their company, this is my reply. Trustpilot gave me 2 days to reply over the a weekend when I was away.

Perusing your TrustPilot web page uk.trustpilot.com -review -energybrokers-co-uk , the verification is no doubt for Energy Solutions /Energy Brokers Ltd - but ALL the reviews appear to be for another company (Envo) in a different line of business. I posted a review pointing this out.
My review pointed out the obvious disparity between the reviews and the verification of the company.
It states Energy Solutions /Energy Brokers Ltd are BROKERS for energy. ALL the reviews are for INSTALLATION of insulation or boilers.
I can only think of 3 possibilities.
1) Trustpilot have somehow got their wires crossed and are putting reviews for a different company on you page.
2) Your company review is not accurate
3) A company posting false reviews have got their script mixed up.
I have sent a screen shot showing your verified data and the first review at that time which is clearly not for an energy broker under separate cover to Trustpilot.

And I can recommend the two boys that installed this they where very efficient and friendly and just wanted to to let you know how very pleased we were one of the boys was called David but not sure of the other boys name .

Extremely professional in every way. From initial call with Gemma (very knowledgeable and helpful) to electrics by Michael, interior insulation by Davy and Paul, the guys are experienced and highly competent..not to mention friendly. I have been 30yrs in the construction industry and can safely say that Envo should be proud of their workforce..thanks guys!

Waited in all week on someone to fit a boiler they never turned up. Then agreed price changed 3 times before someone turned. Advertising free boilers for elderly people when in reality it's far from the case.

So you don't offer boiler replacement on your website must have the wrong place right enough.

Amazing work! I truly recommend this company.
Paul did the insulation refill all by himself in a meticulous and professional way. He was very accommodating, completing the job in no time, leaving everything where it was and no mess. What a difference; the house feels very warm. I only have to keep heatings on for 2 hours a day, as opposed to all day, before the work. Big energy savings! All the other guys who carried out other work, from start to finish, were very professional and friendly. I have been let down by a lot of joiners and various companies lately, who did a terrible job and/or left it unfinished.
This company is by far the best I’ve ever dealt with! They really kept to their promise to do an excellent job! Customer service seems to be their top priority. 100% recommend.

I had written a review based solely on half the job being done. Now that it is complete, I am left with stained carpets that no longer fit. Some parts have become trip hazards.

I had to buy paint to paint over walls where the plaster could not be cleaned off.

I was quoted 5 days for the job. All in all it took 14 days over almost a month.

Yes it is slightly warmer, but in my opinion, not worth the damage.

It was a very straightforward bolier refit. There were no problems at all. Felt very at ease with the fitter. R Goostrey. Would recommend.

Just had Jim and John in to do internal insulation work on my house. They were brilliant! easy to talk to, carefull in covid safety and very professional in their work. Definitely would recommend them and have, for anyone thinking on getting this work done. Cheers lads. Charlie

Had governments grant for insulation and Boiler. Great service from start to finish. workers very tidy and put covers down to protect my new carpets. Also Ricky sales Representative was brilliant in explaining everything..

Had a new boiler and central heating system fitted by them , absolutely brilliant team from the office to the installation team would recommend to anyone
