The rug is lovely and just as…

The rug is lovely and just as described. I was confused however by the lack of information about shipping. When l asked for clarification l was told to expect delivery in 5-7 days. A rug arrived the next day.l couldn’t unwrap it due to a construction delay. Several days later l was told my rug was ready to be shipped. This disconnect had me wondering if l had received the right rug or was going to receive and be charged for a second rug. Eventually, customer service assured me that wasn’t the case. In the end, all is well but the confusion was stressful and seemed unprofessional.

Very disappointed

I never write reviews. I am writing this because my experience was so awful that I think the company needs to make some adjustments in how they operate. Customer service is literally impossible to get a hold of. There is no phone number to be found. You can’t talk to anybody and you’re unable to reply to the one email that was sent regarding the purchase despite the line on the email that says “if you have questions, simply reply to this email”. Communication on my purchase and the shipping process was close to nonexistent. The shipping company brought the box in and placed it down on a side, so there was no way to notice that the side they left it down on was torn open. The box was taped together every which direction because it had obviously been falling apart. It was my understanding that the shipping company was going to assemble the table and remove all packaging which they insisted was not the case. I would not have purchased a very heavy piece of solid wood furniture at the considerable purchase price that was not going to be put together and the packaging removed as I am 5’2” and weigh 105 pounds. I have no way to do this on my own.

Beware!

I've had the ottoman less than a month and it's peeling on the top and this place doesn't have a customer service number. Shady.

Super helpful

The team reached out right after my order to let me know it was backordered, and gave me the option to wait or cancel the order. I decided to wait, and it was really fast and the item is beautiful, I love it. Will shop here again!

Still waiting for my order that was…

Still waiting for my order that was recently cancelled by Metropolitan, the delivery carrier. I see from the tracking it’s been in NC for at least a week and no new delivery date has been scheduled. It’s marked “on hold” in their system, and tracking shows NC. It must be in a warehouse somewhere, hoping I get it by the holidays. Can’t give a good review until I see it in the house unfortunately. Been waiting for shipment since 9/15, so it’s been 2 months and I do understand there have been delays, but it was unfortunate to expect delivery today as scheduled, only to receive a call that they don’t even have it and no new delivery date can be scheduled. Hope to update this review once delivered.

Shortly after I placed my phone line…

Shortly after I placed my phone line order I was informed that it was out of stock. I was given the option to wait until new stock arrived which at the time was January or February. That was alright with me. I was pleasantly surprised when received an email stating that the mirror was on its way. I received it early November. It’s beautiful and I’m very pleased that I waited.
