I had an issue with printing and I was told someone would look into it and follow up with me. At this point it has been almost 20 days, 3 attempts to connect by email and I have received no response.

I love how fast the service is
I love how fast the service is. The pricing is comparable to the vendor I used previously, but while they were slower, they included free delivery for the same cost, which I appreciated.

Great quality, design services included and a great price
I ordered a hundred sweatshirts from Entripy for a school event. The new sales team at Entripy is very knowledgeable and provided excellent recommendations to keep within budget. The quality and pricing of the sweatshirts was better than competitors. Also, Entripy includes graphics design services and can work with your sample ideas - this is a bonus compared to competitors.

Very happy with my polo shirts
I love that Entripy could handle my small order (6 polo shirts) and have the order ready in time for my event. The shirts created a cohesive look across my team and added to the vibe that we were trying to create. The quality of the embroidered logos was excellent.

My orders had errors
My orders had a few errors. First 3 shirts were missing, then only 2 were sent. By the time I received the 3rd short - our season was done. Very disappointing.

Bad quality. Long wait time. Poor communication.
Quality look like they were quite amateur or new to Embroidery. They definitely shouldn’t be bragging that they are Canada’s leading custom apparel company took over a month to get my order and I’m still waiting to return my first one because the quality was so bad.

Regarding the embroidery quality, our team has already reviewed your order with our embroidery department and identified areas where the design may need adjustment to improve clarity and stitch quality. We have also reached out to offer a replacement or a return and refund, depending on your preference.

Disappointed customer second time in a row
Due to quality control 8 shirts needed to be reprinted. The original date of arrival got delayed and forgotten. It wasn't after calling 4 times that I spoke with a representative to search where/what stage they were that I found out they were going to be late for the event I needed them for. I shouldn't have had to inquire. I also could not get the correct size Medium as they were out of stock in white.

After production, our Quality Control team identified issues with the shirts that did not meet our standards. We proactively contacted you on May 4 to advise that the order was being reprinted at no cost rather than shipping a product we knew was not up to expectations. Once completed, we upgraded the shipment to express delivery at no additional charge to help minimize the delay.
We also understand your disappointment regarding the unavailable medium-sized shirt and regret that inventory limitations prevented us from providing that size.

I ordered a Size Large jacket
I ordered a Size large jacket, checking the given measurements. I had previously tried on a size medium that fit me fine, but I ordered a Large to be sure. It came and was so narrow that I could not even zip it up! When I complained, they would not take it back because of the logo imprinted on it. The quality is great, but what does that help if the jacket doesn’t fit!? Instead of getting me a larger jacket, they offered me token refund. The jacket was ordered and paid for in January. They “forgot” to process the refund, and when I called to remind them in April , the accounting department sent me a refund of $5.78!! The jacket with shipping cost me$ 89.20. Buyer beware!

In terms of sizing, we do provide detailed size charts to help guide selection, as all items are custom decorated to order and cannot be returned or exchanged once produced. That said, if the garment you received does not align with the posted measurements, we would absolutely want to review that further with our vendor.
We appreciate you noting the quality of the product, and I’m sorry the overall experience did not meet expectations. If you’re open to it, I’d be happy to look into the sizing concern in more detail.
