EnviroBuild Reviews

James was really helpful. I thought I’d have unload the pallets and carry all the way to the garage by myself but James reversed up the long drive and jumped in and helped me unload the cladding.

It was a very professional service with samples & full explanations

Quick service great quality products

Poor delivery and opened box, meant there was only one sample left in the box by the time I received it. Let the company know and they sent another sample box out the same day. Excellent customer service and high quality samples. Highly recommend.

Ordered a set of sample deck boards which were shipped within a few days at zero cost.

The product is of a very high quality finish and build. The price point is very competitive good the service you receive to the point I wouldn’t even bother trying to find the product elsewhere.

Will certainly be recommending this product/Company going forward.

Our driver James called ahead of delivery and kindly helped us offload.
He was a lovely chap willing to go the extra mile.
Would thoroughly recommend.

During the whole process up to and including the order,, envirobuild made it painless, informative and transparent.
Very helpful staff.

Kirsty who delivered my items was very polite and a massive help in assisting me in offloading, which she didn't have to do. A pleasure to deal with.

I haven't used the cladding yet but its all there in perfect condition and the installation instructions are very clear and informative. Thumbs up all round 👍.

Great product good value

Very impressed! Kirsty gave us amazing service!

Thank you!

I ordered a free sample pack of each decking range and they arrived quicker than expected. There quality seems very good and once I am in a position to continue with my project I will be back in touch.

Great customer service, perfect service and responsive, brilliant product and good quality.

Hi Jacob

My name is Roger not Robert as you put I think that says it all ! As a customer and your Company being in a service industry it should be a given that you provide a service so you will not get any gold stars for carrying out what is ultimately in your best interests, unless you fall short which you did. Elena Hatchell clearly put the phone down on me and refused to speak to me ! This was confirmed by Dawn when I called back, I also spoke with your CEO James who apologised for the situation and the poor service and the installer, just because a customer tweaks a few things , when spending £10-15k I would expect people to be cautious . I would surmise it’s not a big deal better to be honest beforehand and promises were made by Peter Sorensen and then excuse after excuse and 23% increase in price for very little extra.

The reply you sent is hardly accurate and certainly does nothing in my eyes to change my view if anything I should be giving you zero ⭐ having not even got my name correct Jason !
