EnviroBuild Reviews

All the requested samples arrived promptly and look to be of very good quality

Available on the phone to go through options, product was of good quality and arrived in a timley manner.

Kirsty who delivered was fantastic!! Good communication, Went above and beyond to make the delivery smooth. The products look really amazing and we are looking forward to installing them!
Also Ava from the office accommodated our requests with delivery timing etc. thank you!

Great, user friendly website with full materials calculator to ensure you have thought of everything and then an efficient e-commerce functionality allowing you to order everything directly online. Delivery costs are waived based on a reasonable level of spend, unlike other competitor offerings. Delivery was arranged for 2 working days after placing the order. All items arrived undamaged and well packaged. Delivery driver was extremely friendly and helpful, assisting with the offloading. Can’t fault the end to end process in any way. The composite decking itself is well made and high quality

Michael was very pleasant, respectful and very efficient.

Kirsty delivered my materials from Envirobuild and was extremely helpful in helping me unpack . Really friendly and professional . Would recommend .

The product is great and James the delivery driver couldn’t have been more helpful.
Excellent service

This is my second order from EnviroBuild, and once again I was very pleased with the product. The Frontier decking is of excellent quality, and I would happily recommend it.
What really stood out this time, however, was the delivery service. Since EnviroBuild started using its own in-house delivery team, the whole process has become much easier. On my previous order, which was delivered by a third-party courier, I had to unload the entire van myself, which was far from ideal.
This time, James from EnviroBuild delivered the decking and, without even being asked, helped me unload and move the materials. That level of customer service made a huge difference and turned what could have been a difficult job into a smooth and stress-free experience.
A big thank you to James for going above and beyond. It was greatly appreciated and reflects very well on EnviroBuild as a company.

Amazing customer service (fast delivery, super attentive, went over and above) and brilliant delivery (prompt, called ahead, unloaded with me, super friendly)

Great service from Envirobuild from initial order to delivery. James the delivery driver was also very helpful and friendly. Product also looks very high quality.

We expected to have to unload the fencing ourselves but James and Kirsty carried the majority of the load to the side of our house where the panels were stacked. They were very pleasant and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. We really appreciated the help as we're OAPs. Thanks for your help James and Kirsty.

Great communication from order to delivery, decking and cladding not installed yet as only delivered this afternoon, but look good quality whilst checking it over👍

I’ve been looking at completing my decking project for a while now, ordered samples from another supplier and was happy with them, to be then told there’s a 2 month lead in time! So I searched for other suppliers and found Envirobuild decking options, I read the reviews and they seemed good so called for a price and asked for the lead time for delivery. Sounded good so I ordered, 3 days later the decking is at my house ready to go on.
It’s also worth noting that the delivery details said ‘driver is under no obligation to help you unload’ but it turns out that isn’t quite right. James and Kirsty hung around and helped me feed the boards through my side alley one by one until they were all in my garden and safe. It would have taken a while struggling on my own!

Really good quality product and even better staff!

Would happily and confidently recommend Envirobuild to anybody.

Great firm!

Great communication, extremely lovely and helpful delivery person (Kirsty), and the decking is of great quality and looks ace!
