EnviroBuild Reviews

Giving 1 star as I still haven't received my order!

Was unable to open anything sent to make payment, also made many mistakes with order, which ended up having to cancel and start over, pay again now still waiting for refund

Thank you for James for the fab service and also with unloading the goods :-)

Our large order decking delivery was during a heatwave. Envirobuild did their best to schedule the delivery at a more convenient time and Michal, the delivery driver, was super helpful. He called to let us know when he’d be here, checked access etc and helped unload everything from the lorry. It was very hot work and we were so grateful for his help. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

From my very first enquiry, the level of customer service has been outstanding.

I spent several weeks refining the design for a fairly complex hot tub decking project and, throughout that time, Emily was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and responsive. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble. She reviewed multiple layout revisions, recalculated quantities several times, offered practical advice, and always took the time to explain the reasoning behind her recommendations.

At no point did I feel pressured into buying more than I needed. In fact, Emily helped reduce unnecessary materials where possible and suggested the best approach to take advantage of the current promotion while allowing me to finalise the substructure once my concrete pad has been completed.

I’ve now placed my order for the Frontier decking boards and will be returning to EnviroBuild to order the substructure once the groundwork is complete.

A huge thank you to Emily for making what could have been a complicated process feel straightforward. She has been an absolute credit to EnviroBuild, and it’s because of her professionalism and exceptional customer service that I chose to place my order here.

Envirobuild are an excellent company. This is my second time buying from them, this time composite cladding. I needed some technical details so phoned the company, and Emily was able to help and explain about the fitting. I placed my order easily through the website. Jacob called me arrange a convenient day, and James the delivery driver could not have been more helpful, and as he helped me unload the shipment told me about some of the many environmentally sound practices that Envirobuild have built into their business model. Down even to taking the pallet back to the factory so it could be reused. A refreshing and excellent company, thoroughly recommended.

Quick delivery of the sample.

Didn't buy becaiuse of the cost, but the pre-sale customer service and samples were excellent. I am sure if you can afford it they are brilliant.

Excellence from everyone from my initial enquiry to delivery. Kirsty my delivery driver - over and above - brilliant service - thankyou Envirobuild.
Product also looks great - yet to be tested but it will be perfect if it comes anywhere near to the service received so far.

Kirsty and the delivery service were excellent! Informative on timing and on time.
Very helpful!
First class service.
Would highly recommend.

Not aware I bought anything

James was an excellent delivery driver.

He was so helpful. I would thoroughly recommend your company and will definitely use you again when I clad the house.

James was very friendly and super professional. Called ahead, delivered on time and couldn’t have been more helpful 10/10!

Extremely helpful to be able to see the colours and feel the quality of the decking

Great service. Requested samples arrived quickly. Emai contact response very good
and no pressure from sales.

Good material but not many colours I would like to buy. I was looking for something like cobble stone cladding

Arrived on time, and hopefully what I need 👍

Never received my sample pieces I ordered over 10 days ago . Very poor service provider . Royal Mail must have lost it
