Samples were received very quickly in the post. Good quality.

From the first point of communication to lacing my order, I experienced exceptional, informative and professional service from the team at Envirobuild.
After researching around 5 composite decking companies, I opted for this product due to its quality and finish and colour choice.
The team were really on point in recommending everything I needed and putting my mind at rest when I had reservations and concerns over issues I'd had with my previous composite decking.

Had a warranty issue with some products we bought 2-3 years ago and they dealt with it really well replacing all materials necessary. Delivered on a day to suit me. The delivery was made by James who phoned when he was 15 mins away, he helped move the materials from his van to our garden. He was friendly and pleasant making the whole process of receiving the product seamless.

Firstly, Michael is a fantastic driver!!!
He was extremely helpful and helped me carry the delivery into my kitchen as I had to try and manage it on my own. I would have really struggled without his help. It was all done with a smile on his face and no trouble at all. Michael, thank you so much.

UPDATE on my review dated 21st June 26.

This company will NOT uphold it's warranty. Even though the product has been installed as per the specifications set out by themselves. They have now offered me 20% off the Products Installed require to put the failed product rite.
They are now, wait for it.....
Ignoring my emails. No surprise.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I ordered samples from Enviro Build which arrived next day. Great service.

It's great to see EnviroBuild using their own delivery team rather than relying on third-party couriers.

James called about 45 minutes before arriving, which was very helpful. When he arrived, he asked where we wanted the materials and unloaded everything exactly where requested. He was friendly, helpful and highly professional throughout.

This is the third time we've used EnviroBuild. On our previous two orders, deliveries were handled by couriers and unfortunately they didn't arrive on the specified day. On one occasion, my wife had to manually move more than 100 boards while the driver simply stood and watched.

This latest experience was completely different and exactly the level of service we had hoped for.

The products have always been excellent, and so has the customer service. It's fantastic to see the delivery experience now matching those same high standards from the moment you place the order through to delivery.

Well done, EnviroBuild, on making this decision. It has made a real difference.

I couldn’t recommend Envirobuild enough, from the start of my project and getting a quote, right through to delivery. The service has been brilliant. Hannah has helped from the quote through to delivery and has been really helpful, even when I changed the quote a couple of times. The delivery arrived the day I asked, by the most helpful driver Michael, he didn’t have to but helped us unload the van with and made the delivery a smooth process. The decking hasn’t gone down yet but the quality is lovely and I can’t wait for it to be finished.

MICHAEL. has got to be one of the best delivery drivers we've ever encountered. Knowledgeable and proactive, this gentleman helped us unload and also advised us on how to stack the materials.
