Order a sample didn’t arrive , ordered a second sample hasn’t arrived ???

Stay well clear got miss sold, refused the delivery and two days after them getting them back and I am still waiting for my refund and everyone ignoring me, they won't if I call in on them

I received my delivery today by James, who was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful making the delivery process as smooth as can be.

Not made a purchase but received free samples which were delivered very quickly.

Michal was an absolute credit to Envirobuild. Friendly, informative and extremely helpful whilst unloading. The product looks quality, the customer service was great and Michal’s delivery service was the icing on the cake, so much better than 3rd party delivery companies

Product looks good and came in good time. Good to have free samples.

We were super happy with the delivery driver James. He helped us unload all 70 boards. I think we would have struggled by ourselves. He was really cheerful and chatty and even gave us tips for installing the decking. Really helpful!

The boards all arrived in great shape and look really good quality. Looking forward to getting them installed

I ordered samples, never got them ... And when I said I didn't get them , I was told they weren't available anymore..

I previously used Envirobuild in 2017. The products are the best I have seen. Very easy to work with and outstanding results. Looks superb, not slippery except for ice & snow, cleans easily. Make sure to follow installation guides, this is not wood! It needs support, as specified else it will bend (useful if you need it though), and expands in heat (not water yippee) so follow allowance at all gaps. Take time and do preparation, groundwork properly ( my weak spot).
Sales, easy to contact, knowledgeable about products, and helpful in every way possible.
Ordering, I used the web shopping functions, streamlined and efficient.
Operations and delivery, outstanding. Capturing my delivery restrictions and ensuring they were applied, wonderful and unusual.
Delivery, all items correct and drivers helped unload even though they didn't have to.

Incredibly quick responses to every message or call. Very clear advice and information, friendly and polite. Delivery was on time and they kept us informed of arrival time as well as they could.
