EnviroBuild Reviews

Our delivery driver, Kirsty was very helpful
She kept us updated through the delivery process and changed things around to suit my requirements. I am grateful for this.
We have used Envirobuild several times as we love using the products.
I find that the delivery charges are expensive, if Envirobuild found a solution to the delivery process or found a company that would stock their products locally then this would allow me to sell more of these jobs as it would be easier to source.

Another good company who is trustworthy .happy customer

It was easy to order the samples, no hustle at all. All prices and product options are listed on the home page that is convenient to use. Sales rep answered all questions we had. Lead times were provided and only moved by a week from what the original estimate was.
Delivery was done by company’s own driver who was polite, on time & professional which is something 3rd party logistics companies often lack. All items were delivered as scheduled. All and all-very positive experience.

Service was exceptional from every member of the team. Hannah who took the order and Rhiannon in Operations who were professional, efficient and helpful. Michael, delivered the composite decking and he was so helpful. He kept us updated on arrival timing, helped unload and take the delivery in.

Driver here when he said he would be
Goods look good and had already replaced 1 item as saw it was damaged before delivery
Driver friendly, helpful with unloading
Excellent service

Turn around time was brilliant from order.
Only problem I had was two had gone missing in transit. but not a problem phoned told company 2 was missing and they was straight on it to replace missing.
As for the product perfect definitely going to use this company again

Thank you Michael for going above and beyond to today’s delivery. Couldn’t have been more polite and helpful. 5 star service

We have been using Envirobuild for the last 8-9 years, the main reason for this has been the products are well made and have all the finishing details to ensure I can provide to my customers a professionally finished composite decking. On top of this the customer service is very good from Justyna and the sales team down to their new delivery service, James the delivery driver delivered our products and helped us get them in. A big thanks to James. I would recommend them highly.

Many thanks

Great and friendly delivery service by Michal. He phoned to let me know his eta, arrived on time and did a great job working with my builders to unload the decking.

Very happy with the decking. Also, Michal, the delivery driver, was friendly and extremely helpful.

Had a great experience with EnviroBuild. Couldn’t recommend them enough. James from the delivery team was brilliant. Contacted me to give me a time he would be here and kept to that. He also went above and beyond with helping me offload the van which wasn’t an easy job. Thank you James great service. Will definitely be ordering again.

Kirsty was helpful and friendly, rang before attending to confirm a more accurate time for delivery.
Helped unload the items and carry them to a secure place before checking all items against the invoice.

Everything worked out smoothly

An excellent experience, on time delivery and very helpful driver, Michal is his name, thank you!

James was such a legend for going above and beyond for me. He was super helpful when he stepped in to unload and find a good spot for my stuff when I couldn't, and he did an amazing job. Thanks a lot.

Kirsty contacted me an hour ahead of time and delivered my order, undamaged and on time.

Excellent service from James - couldn’t have been more helpful and informative about the product. Would have no hesitation in recommending Envirobuild for the product or services

Tamara was very helpful when discussing what I required , ordered enough product to replace 10 x 6ft x 6ft wood panels . I installed all the new fencing with was easy to cut when required , I was very impressed with the product and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a maintenance free fence to contact Envirobuild .

Michael delivered our order today and was very helpful and jolly making the experience a whole experience much easier for us as a customer.

Delivery driver (Michal) was excellent. Helped carefully unload and stack the decking boards. He spotted some damage to some of the boards and reported it, so they can be replaced. Yet to discover how easy it will be to fit the boards and how durable they will be longer term.
