Delivery driver (Michal) was excellent. Helped carefully unload and stack the decking boards. He spotted some damage to some of the boards and reported it, so they can be replaced. Yet to discover how easy it will be to fit the boards and how durable they will be longer term.

I had real anxiety about how I was going to get my decking from the van to my back garden but I have to say James took care of everything. He reviewed the area and lay out some timber I already had to place the decking on and then carried every single board through (these boards are incredibly heavy) but he made sure they where placed where I needed them and made the whole process look so easy. I have to say I was really impressed with the kind nature and friendly persona James displayed throughout the delivery he is a hero and a credit to Enviro Build. I really couldn’t recommend them enough for this experience alone. I just love the composite decking I chose and Ewan from sales had the patience of a saint with the endless questions I had. Ewan and James where really knowledgeable about the product and I am just delighted with my choice of decking and the company’s representatives customer care is obviously a high priority for them, I will use them again in the future.

BUT as a customer with a 10 year old deck who has had product quality issues along that journey it is only fair to raise those
Our choice of supplier was based on a 15 year guarantee of product and rightly or wrongly assumed that the exact replacement boards would be available along the way to replace any that we had issues with. This was indeed the case until this year when we reported dozens of boards starting to crack / fail and show obvious quality issues with splitting. No replacement boards are available anymore so we have accepted a small payment in lieu and in line with the guarantee policy. This goes nowhere near what it will cost to replace the whole deck some 4 to 5 years ahead of the expected lifespan of the product. When we do replace (imminently) it will have to be from a different supplier which is a real shame.

Easy to order, they were happy to hold my order in the warehouse until I was ready for delivery. Great product, teak decking boards, already have one large area completed 5 years ago that still looks brand new. And Michal who delivered was really helpful in off loading.

Our experience with Envirobuild couldn't have been better, the help and communication from Ava in the London office has been first class, even after errors made by myself and having to adjust the order, then misunderstanding what came with the posts, she has been amazing getting the extra post tops to me in 24 hours for me to finish the job. My project was to create a fence which is different in design to what they normally supply, I wanted gaps between the slats to enable wind to pass through because we live in an elevated position, open to the elements, i.e south westerly gales also my fence (3 slats high) was only to be 930mm high (half of one post 1.87m cut in half allowing for the cut). I used Stone coloured slats with Granite coloured posts and the top slat cap being also in Granite, the other two slats down have Stone coloured caps to match the slats. In a semi detached bungalow the cost was shared between neighbours and it took a weekend to complete the project with my son (a builder) getting everything perfectly level (just aswell because one side of the concrete garage topped roofs was 30mm lower on one side), we are so pleased with the end result and the help provided from firstly receiving the sample pack, Ava's patience with several emails from me, the communication given by the distribution side and the delivery driver that was very helpful with unloading. We have had enquiries from other admiring neighbours that have the same 1965 installed rusting metal railings wanting them replacing.

Just had an excellent delivery from James. Was relieved to hear he would help with unloading regardless of all the emails saying delivery drivers wouldn’t help. He also phoned an hour in advance, giving me a decent window to make sure I was in. Having a delivery slot in advance would make everything much easier.

Just received my delivery from an Envirobuild employee. What a breath of fresh air James is. Called me before arriving, assisted with the unloading and all with a smile on his face.

Our delivery was on time. Since i was by myself, Kirsty (driver) offered to help unload the decking. I'm very grateful for her help. Great service, extremely pleasant, highly recommend!

We contacted Ava at Envirobuild who supply Hyperion composite decking products. She couldn’t be more helpful.
We provided her with a plan of our prepared structure and she calculated the number of boards and materials we needed, with an estimated cost. Delivery was free and the order was delivered free on an agreed date.
The driver, Marrion was polite and very helpful whilst the boards were carefully
unloaded to our satisfaction.
Clear instructions were provided for installation, using hidden fasteners and whist a degree of DIY skill, patience and care are required we are so far enjoying laying the boards ourselves.
