No issues great products will order again

Product works great and really love that it is non toxic to plants and other wildlife.

There was a large price increase from the first time I ordered. I will be looking to another product for the next order.

I have been trying to get rid of the ants in my lawn for 3 years. Nothing from the stores was working. When I came across ePestSupply, I was so excited! I thought finally something that will kill these ants (even though $140 seemed a little steep!) I ordered the 4 dispensers and 2 Qts of ant bait. After two weeks of not seeing any ant traffic to the containers, I opened one to find the bait had all evaporated to a sticky residue on the bottom. I diluted with distilled water as recommended, and again within 2 weeks evaporated. I sent an email, well several emails. Nothing was ever resolved. I could have just taken that $140 and threw it out the window and ended up with more dead ants. Very unhappy, would never do business with again.

Although I was unable to complete my order on line, I did call and my order was completed quickly and above all courtesy.
I received my order within 2 days, being in the same state. All my questions were answered and some extra very helpful information about the product I was purchasing was given.

EPestSupply is great but the shipping is a disaster. The box was sent by FedEx ground. I live in a rural area. FedEx ground left the package at my mailbox on a busy road - 200 yards from my house. A neighbor driving by saw the package and called me. I raced up and retrieved the package. My area has had a rash of mail/package thefts and if the package had been there for three hours instead of 15 minutes it would have been gone. FedEx, UPS, OnTrac, etc all deliver to my house. Please check with your delivery company that they actually deliver the package and don’t just leave it on the side of the road. My mailbox has multiple locks on it - a clue that the area isn’t safe for mail/packages.

and process the order immediately. I hate living with moths but your company makes
it bearable.
