I can hand in heart say that I have never dealt with such a fantastic equestrian company. I wanted to order a fenwick mask but my sizes didn't match up to the size guide at all! (I'm pretty useless at that sort of stuff). Dropped an email in the evening and was immediately talked through the sizing and so ordered with confidence. Parcel landed within a couple of days, well packaged and fitted perfectly. My life would be a lot easier if all equine mail order companies were such an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you.

Excellent company would highly recommend this product to anyone and Susannah was very helpful. I purchased the XL acoustic ears calming mask as I have an extremely spooky large cob who's scared of his own shadow. After the first time of using this mask he no longer jars my back when he spooks and jumps which is really good after spending alot of money on an osteopath for my back over the last 5 months.
I can’t believe what a difference it’s made, his eyes aren’t out on stalks anymore looking all around him for things to spook and jump at and nearly falling to the ground where he’s jumped out of his skin he’s just looking straight ahead concentrating and hes now a pleasure to ride.
I am extremely pleased with this so thank you very much Susannah. Still after a month of using this calming mask he is exactly the same as the first time wearing it very calm and relaxed and we have lovely rides now where neither of us are on our toes anymore. I will not ride without it very happy customer!
