didn’t realise it was going to cost me £50 just to try on the small horse micklem bridle.
Was advised the pony one wouldn’t fit an Arab!
Then when asked for help was told the bridle looks a bit big with with masses of strap! and then told if I sent it back would be charged a hire and postage cost.
Other companies have let me try on a bridle, with only postage cost.

Mandy I explained to you that you bought the Micklem, you didn’t hire it. The price is different, I said I would swap it for a pony size which I said would fit & you said you wanted to send it back. Under my website terms you can’t do that once you have used the bridle. This is no different from buying it from any online tack shop. I told you that I would on this occasion, take it back but I would charge you the hire fee of £30 & original delivery charge of £9. I have now a used bridle which I have to sell at a reduced price. I have fitted many Arabs and they are usually in a Small Horse bridle.

Excellent!
This was my first purchase from Equestrian Hire. The customer service was fantastic, any questions I had were answered really quickly. I was unsure of which product to purchase, I spoke to Susannah who helped me make a much more informed decision. The item was shipped the next day, which was fantastic. I would 100% purchase again.
