Avoid at any cost!
Before considering a purchase of an expensive pseudo science non-refundable device, please do a proper research. I purchased Photizo silent vet device for 300GBP out of sheer desperation to get my dog better. Sadly, the device made no difference whatsoever, with our rehab vet confirming that it is entirely useless waste of money. Please do not repeat my mistake.

I know you aren’t happy as you didn’t hire the Photizo you purchased it so you couldn’t return it. I have been selling Photizos for 9 years. The human versions have a Medical CE & you can only be awarded these if the product is tested and is found to work. The Vetcare works particularly well on arthritis & helps to speed up the healing of injuries. My vet has one and uses it after operations. I’m sorry that you feel that it didn’t work for your pet.

I try to use small businesses when possible. This paid off massively with Equestrian Hire as l needed advice and time to arrive at the outcome needed. Susannah answered calls and emails immediately in nearly all cases and even followed up (not chased) to help move things forward. Excellent service.
I ordered the item late on a Saturday evening and it arrived arrived the following Tuesday morning by special delivery - effectively next working day. I had a couple of questions regarding the unit and its use and promptly received several lengthy, informative emails that were much appreciated. I was also given the option to hire it for a couple of weeks which in effect means try-before-you-buy.
The item in question is the Photizo Human Pain Relief Red Light Therapy Unit, one of a range of high quality, well manufactured, red-light / infra-red therapy units. The unit is simple to use and being (rechargeable) battery operated is very portable.
Only time will tell if the therapy itself will be successful but early signs show promise after just a few treatments. It is a little expensive but if it does the job is obviously worth the money.

All I can say is Susannah was amazing. I ordered the Hidez compression socks to find I needed the larger size - the advice and help given was excellent even ordered the larger size from Australia for me. I would highly recommend ‘Equestrian Hire’.
