My order got delayed during the Royal Mail strikes & the lady was very apologetic & helpful & even said that she would send a replacement.

Susannah was extremely helpful, when I emailed and asked all about the laser, I decided to give it a go andhave found it to do exactly what she told me and I am finding it very helpful on my knees and ankles, also the delivery was very quick and all follow up information very good, I will highly recomend the laser.
