Great services, the calming mask has been great, my horses was really spooky when out hacking on my own. He is much more settled now and don't use it anymore its made a big difference to his confidence.

I liked the quick respsone to my questions, however I found it frustratingn when I wanted to swap for a bigger size.
I liked the quick respsone to my messages.
I sent measurements and asked what size you thought best. I received the mask in good time, thank you.
I communicated that I felt the mask was a little score. The reason I am scoring three is because there was hesitation on your part to exchange the mask for a larger one, as you did not want to end up with two used masks.
In the end I kept the one that was a little small.
