ERE Property are a personable but highly professional company, where with the help of two particular members of staff: Eimeren Dizon & Will Kettel, their commutations and administrative skills allowed us as buyers to be constantly up to date, and fully informed on the buying process. Whether it was navigating Solicitors requests for paperwork, or even answering any menial questions we had for our lack of knowledge, they were more than happy to help!
The aforementioned staff also were happy to meet us face to face, welcomed us into their office, to run us through things delicately. It was good to have a set of friendly faces throughout the transaction we could call on.

We will be using ERE again in the near future.

Have sold a development that is now 2 years passed completion and still nowhere close to being built. Though incredibly helpful during the sales process, as well as convincing, unable to give any answers on how or when I will receive my deposit back. Avoid!

I never expected that buying my first home in the UK would be such an exciting experience, and I was blown away by Eimeren and Arturs' enthusiasm throughout the entire process. Sharon is a professional in this field. She provided timely and indepth information durning the process. I had no bad comment regarding her.

May be, this is her first time to serve Hongkonger who had no idea about conveyance in UK. I would be frustrated by the jargons, processes and technical terms which should be the common senses for UK people. I could not say the property buying process was perfectly smooth. Yet, all problems I countered were solved eventually.

Most of the staff at Ere are brilliant. Jade has helped me throughout and has been a big help in my tenancy.

As a first-time property investor, their are several doubts/questions in one's mind - Will Kettel was able to touch upon these with no hesitation and was available practically 24/7 for any concerns I had.

Unfortunately I could not close the investment but I highly recommend ERE for any property investor, Will and the CEO himself are genuine professionals who will make the process very experience-agnostic.
