Pablo was great!

Pedro was my consultant. He was easy to talk with and gave me all the information I needed for this project.
When I used the link he sent me to make my down payment I was able to fill out the form but couldn't move the form to where I was supposed to accept my payment.
I called the number I had for Ergeon and left a message about the problem I was having.
Pedro called me right back and together we got the payment made.
He was very courteous and helpful. I really appreciated his help.

We have had a great experience with Ergeon. Our project manager, Radica, did a wonderful job. She kept in constant communication with us every step of the process and is very knowledgeable and helpful. She is also so patient and kind which made our experience even better. Our fence looks beautiful and the installers are wonderful to work with. I would not hesitate to refer Ergeon to my loved ones and anyone else looking for a reliable, great company.

Technology was made things easier to get done. I liked how he was able to show me satellite images of my property and the proposed fence location.
The appointment was short, and to the point.

We are in the first phase of the fence installation and couldn't be happier. We are very satisfied with our purchase. The gentlemen who provided the estimate, Diego Guar was exceptional. His professionalism and follow-up were very much appreciated. Previously, we had fencing installed by Lowes, but this experience was much better because Diego provided excellent customer service.

UPDATE and EDIT:
After my first complaint, i got a new person that took over my case, if you will, he was much better than the first one. I'll be honest, the first guy sounded kind of shady to me. The second guy was much better and gave me that discount.
However, there were a couple of cancellations still at the last minute, so I did complain a second time. MOSTLY my complaint was because i commute to work 45 min away and i couldn't afford to lose a day of work and have a last minute cancellation. My plan was to use one of my vacation days so i can be available. Thankfully, i was able to make arrangement with my mom when they did show up and i was able to work half day. But i did have to complain for that reason alone.
They offerred me another discount. I don't do things for the money, but i confess, it helps. And the crew came the very next day and they did the work in 2 days in extreme heat condition the first day (which i felt terribly bad for them), and a downpour of rain the second day leaving them wet and muddy. Again, i felt bad for them, but i appreciate that they finished the fence. I can now have peace of mind that I won't have problems with my neighbors anymore because of my dogs barking at them through the chain link fence, and the privacy among other things.

I AM Very pleased with the results and the way the second guy handled my concerns/complaints and have changed my rating. I'll deduct one star cause i always feel there is room for improvement.

I Went through the Home Depot website and they use Ergeon. From the get-go, the communication was a problem, even shady. I was getting ghosted by the person in charge. I could never seem to be able to get a number or get a hold of the person who was going to build the fence.
So, i called Home Depot to cancel the order and the very next day, i got a call from Nestor who wanted to do damage control. He offered me a $200 discount to appease me of my troubles, i'm sure. I gave them a second chance.
He was more communicative, but they kept cancelling on me. Twice and at the last minute.

This company Eregon Fencing is absolutely a joke with what appears to be unqualified people trying to give quotes. I set an appointment for 4 o’clock today to review my needs and wants for a fence to go up. Instead, I thought I was on an episode of “PUNKED” while talking with the representative. I laid out what I needed in basic terms of a wood fence, with lengths of the yard and the type of fence I wanted. I don’t know if this guy was just inept or not wanting to do his job. Instead, he tried selling me on a vinyl fence when I was asking for a wood fence. By about the 10th or 12th minute of the call, he stated this was not within the scope of work they do. So I asked if you’re a fencing company why wouldn’t it be in the scope of what you need to do? Simple job putting up fence on one side of yard completely new fence in the rear of the yard and put up pickets on each side. An absolute waste of time waiting on these clowns to call and getting that response of this does not fall within the scope of our business. If you’re reading this, I would highly consider looking for another fencing company because this was an absolute joke. Irving Mercedes is a poor excuse of what a sales person is and does.

I spoke with Kerecia Keith, account manager, regarding my residential fencing quote and now project. The process went very smooth, friendly, and efficient. We look forward to the new fencing installation soon!

very pleased with the fence installation and would definitely give the company a five-star review. The workers arrived on time and were courteous, professional, friendly, and did a great job completing the installation. Nicoly, who was my main point of contact, was excellent throughout the process. My only criticism is the cleanup afterward. The digging disturbed the grass and left dirt and debris around the fence that I had to clean up myself. I feel that this should have been taken care of automatically as part of completing the job, rather than something I should have had to mention. Other than that, I was very happy with the service and the quality of the woRk.

Quick and simple estimate, install appointment scheduling, and the installation went smoothly as well! They listened to what I was looking for and made it happen immediately!

I’ve been working with Vernadia from Ergeon since July to plan a fence replacement, and the pre-installation process has been surprisingly seamless. Vernadia was polite, professional, and never pushy throughout the entire setup.

During our video call, she mapped out the project using an aerial view of my property to cover the three sides and two gates I needed. Her knowledge of materials made estimating linear footage easy. Since my old fence fell over from rot at the ground line, she walked me through options like upgrading to galvanized steel posts for long-term durability.

The 3D diagramming tool was the most impressive part of the design phase. It generated detailed drawings of each section, allowing me to rotate the view from any angle to check the kickboards, hardware, gates, and below-ground concrete footings.

After getting HOA approval to bring in goats to clear out kudzu along the fence line, we set our installation date for September. Working with Vernadia was a pleasure, and the virtual planning tools made getting ready for build day simple and stress-free.

Had 2 scheduled “video” calls with them and was blown off twice. “Miscommunication” was the first excuse even though they send you the link for the time. Second time was in direct contact with the rep and he stated 3:30 is good at 3:15. Asked him if he would send a new link or if I should use the old one. Gone without a trace. I assumed use the old one and once again. Ghosted. I wont mention the reps name but other than this company is a joke. Dont recommend.
