Ergeon Reviews

I just placed the order for a new cedar wood fence. My video call with Kerecia went very well. She was able to take measurements, create a quote, and provide opinions. I was very pleased with the results. Thank you, Kerecia! Can’t wait to see what it looks like around the yard.

The promptness of the appointment was great. I was able to schedule the appointment and have someone look at the damage quickly.
I was disappointed that the quote given was much higher than the other quotes I received. Based on the quote and the conversation I had with the salesperson, I would have been given unnecessary equipment that may not have been required for the job. In addition, the salesperson never tried to compare the quotes and offer a reasonable solution to my problem. More than likely I will not use your services for my project.

It was a great experience getting an estimate from them. Everything was detailed and helpful, and they tried to adjust to my needs. Gustavo Jimenez was really courteous and professional, explaining which way was best for my project.

fast and friendly quote from Gus who seemed truly interested in getting the scope right.

Easy and fast

She was nice and explained everything to me.

The communication was great throughout the entire process. The contractors they used were professional and completed the job in one day. I will use Ergeon again. Steve Lancaster

Ergeon was very friendly, well informed with all questions asked of him. He made sure to work with me on giving me several prices for different ways that I could have the fencing job done.

He was absolutely Great! Your company has a winner in having him on your team.

Inconsistent communication about the job schedule. Last minute notice regarding scheduling & no heads up for needing an English translator. The worker did good work. I would say Ergeon could have done better.

Arrived on time and went straight to work. Very friendly and explained any questions that I had. Started work at 8am and stayed until they were finished.

Pablo was very nice and professional! He explained the process of getting a new fence very well and made sure I understood everything.

Diego was great to work with. He was prompt with scheduling and answering questions we had. He was thorough in helping us planning our fence project.

First and most importantly the fence came out looking great. I also was very impressed how you kept me up-to-date on the project status, made it easy to schedule and then reschedule (due to other contractor delays). The fact that your team handled the pulling the permits with the Township stood out from other competitors.

Donary and his team did a good job painting my new fence. They even touched up some areas on the old fence

Great communication, reasonable prices, fast service!

Installers where on time an got right to work after we did a quick walkthrough

Valentin was very courteous, diligent and professional! His estimate/pricing was also great!

Power went out the night before the install so had to run out and get a generator but other than that force majure everything else was about as perfect as can be. Great crew and great communication!

The project manager always had a good attitude throughout the process. I would recommend Ergeon to other people.

Thank you, Ergeon, for your patience and for consistently checking in on me throughout the entire fence process. You made sure I had everything I needed for the installation, and you followed up several times to confirm my HOA approval. Your communication was excellent, and you explained each step in detail. I truly appreciate your support and dedication. Thank you again.
