I am warning anyone, please read this review FIRST prior to attempting to use Ergeon as your fence company, Me & My wife's biggest mistake was going with the first fencing company we googled and we thought this company was good due to all the 5 star reviews. We were looking to get a Vinyl Fence built in the summer, this was going to roughly a $12k project by the way. The Zoom inspection went great, however once we got our Ergeon agent Keneth assigned is where it went downhill, they first incorrectly submitted the permit application our city's village as opposed to our county we lived in, which we told them they need to submit to the county. Ill keep this short & sweet but lets just say 4 months without any communication & automated text messages went by with no updates, when I called & emailed multiple times, we got no response, only when I called and requested to speak to a manager was our rep "now made available" which I told him how displeased I was with the service, he told me he would provide me weekly updates, never happened. To all of a sudden a week ago we recieve an email saying to get this permit notary done. Summer is over, this was a summer project, 3-4 months with no communication occured. Then we had a gentlemen named David reach out to us and acknowledge they dropped the ball and it wasnt right and then offered a $500 discount on the project and called us 3 days straight and left us voicemail trying to push the project through, probably because he realized how much money this project was. You could do this project for free and I still wouldn't have chosen you guys, first impression says it all, and me and my wife were treated as customers that our project did not matter. They will simply just scam you the initial $124-$150 to get this "project" started, I requested a refund since we are cancelling the project and are not deciding to use Ergeon, lets see how that refund goes, if they live up to being true scam artists or not.

The installation was great. It was completed in a timely fashion. The installer was very professional and answered all questions. His name was Tao he really did a great job. I would recommend him and the company to anyone who needs fencing work done.

Getting them to schedule an appointment was like pulling teeth. We waited a month after our consultation to actually get them to come out. Once they did, they damaged our septic and started by blaming us, saying "we couldn't have known," despite working next to a ventpipe. When we threatened to get a lawyer, all of a sudden they wanted to go 50/50, for something they damaged! Maybe instead of blaming the customer, you could use a bit more due diligence before you dig!

The only positive thing we can say is the project manager, Kimberly was amazing! She was exceptionally professional and very prompt and communicative. You need more people like her!

Darcy was a pleasure to work with. Very pleasant, knowledgeable and clear in all the information he gave me. His suggestions were also a big help. I will gladly recommend him & the company to others. Thank you Darcy for your professionalism and excellent customer service. A credit to the Ergeon organization. Many blessings.

The estimate process was amazing for someone who has an incredibly busy schedule. Pedro was top notch. Addressed all of my concerns and made the process seamless. Provided me with a quote on the spot. I would highly recommend this process.

The contractors arrived on time. They were kind and courteous. They laid out all of the equipment they needed in a neat and orderly manner
The project from start to finish was done in 4/1/2 hours. After job was completed they clean up their equipment and excess wood and dirt. Left my yard neat

The virtual visit was excellent and very convenient. We use the camera and satellite to see my property. Afterwards there was a 3d rendering to show me how things would look in my space: super cool! Pedro handled my call excellently. Answer questions and made adjustments to my specificications. Very pleasant experience!!

Ergeon and Valentin did a great job on my virtual fence quote. He was very knowledgeable and helpful on making my decisions. The process was quick and easy with the questions he asked. Very polite!

Angelica was very knowledgeable and friendly. She shared some great options with us that were specific to our yard and situation.

From the office workers (e.g., planning, discussions, and scheduling) to the installers the end results became a lovely reality. The installers were prompt and completed the huge task at a reputable time. Any concerns I had, the lead installer was able to answer me with patience. Thank you, Ergeon.

I am very pleased with the beautiful fence I had installed on 9/16/26. Both the gentlemen who installed it were very respectful and courteous. They did a beautiful job with my fence and finished in one day.
