The customer service has been amazing. I have been throughly informed step by step.about my new fence! Kerecia has been outstanding with her commucation and follow up with answers to any questions I have had.

I’ve done multiple projects with Ergeon and both have been a pleasant experience. Most cost effective fencing I was quoted, got the job done quickly without any problems; I will definitely call them first for future projects and will also recommend!

They were very cordial and accommodating when I got my estimate and informed me that they also have payment plans. I was very satisfied.

First time working with these guys. Great communication before and after. Small fence job but stilled called to have the underground utilities verified before the project. Nice, professional folks and I’m pleased with the outcome and the cost. No surprises.👍

While I did not have the pleasure of having them build my fence, I can confirm that this company deserves every star they received. I came to them after the contractor I originally hired has some licensing issues. Irving, my sales rep, was communicative, timely, thorough, and understanding throughout the whole process, including when I had to let him know I wouldn't be going forward. While their prices are a bit higher than most, you get what you pay for. If I could start over and use them, I would and I highly recommend.

Ergeon’s ability to streamline the process of a project is absolutely phenomenal. The technology is unbelievably accurate and efficient. The sales rep/consiktant (Londy) who assisted us was personable, efficient, professional, caring and reassuring . She was very helpful and caring every step of the way we are extremely pleased with the process so far. We look forward to working with Londy and the project manager:crew through the completion of our project. Based on our experience thus far, we highly recommend Ergeon.

The representative was extremely helpful and informative of the concerning project needed. Was able to provide options of what we needed.

Stay away. Things started fine, decent communications and reasonable timeline. Fence install was ok, not great but satisfactory until the gate. It was dark when they installed the gate and it was a mess. Everything uneven, extra wood to fill gaps. I was forced to approve the whole project - even though it was dark out and couldn't see it very well. A few weeks later the gate was leaning and I had them come out to repair it. While in the process they cut 2 of my water pipes. One of them was buried and severed when they dug and the other pipe was to the spigot on the house. Because of the pipe being buried the plumber came and it cost almost $1000 for the pipes repair. Ergeon could have cared less. They stopped responding. They were only concerned with being able to come stain the fence - which I did not allow because I don't trust them. They cost me plumbing repairs due to their carelessness and now they are ghosting me.

Diego was helpful and informative. I enjoyed working with him.

I am writing to recognize an outstanding experience I had with one of your project managers, Jamie Canales.
What began as a very stressful and overwhelming situation for me ultimately turned into one of the most reassuring customer service experiences I’ve had. Without going into details, I found myself extremely concerned about my project and the financial impact it could have—especially being on a fixed income and under pressure to complete the work within a certain timeframe. It was a moment of real panic.
Jamie stepped in and immediately changed the tone of the entire situation. She remained calm, patient, and professional, guiding me to take things one step at a time rather than letting the situation escalate. She listened to my concerns, answered my questions thoroughly, and never made me feel rushed or dismissed—even while coordinating with contractors who were awaiting next steps.
Her ability to balance professionalism with genuine care made all the difference. Jamie not only resolved the issue, but she also restored my confidence and peace of mind during a very stressful time.
I am truly grateful for her patience, her problem-solving skills, and her dedication to customer satisfaction. Because of her, what started as a customer nightmare became an experience I now look back on with appreciation.

This review is only on the estimate. The rep Diego, was helpful and super clear on the process. I’m happy with the video estimate I received.

Service was Top Notch!!! Never had an experience where every step was so easy. We talked on video call he was patient and very understanding and helped me so much. A lady came out on A Saturday morning got the measurements again by Wednesday my privacy fence was installed and completed by 1230 pm. Job well done!!!

The whole experience was very simple. The quality of work was outstanding. I want to give a shout out to the install team and the project manager! They all did a fantastic job.

UPDATE: After all the lack of communication, the Escalation Team took charge of the matter. The final portion of our fence install happened to complete satisfaction. Kevin, our installer, is the best. Thank you Ergeon for finishing the project!

Original Post:What does it take to have the final section of our fence project, three panels and double gate, installed? We had to delay due to the completion of our pool and decking. All is finished. We have been trying to have Ergeon finish the fence that we paid in full. The excuses: Project Manager did not get the multiple, multiple messages. Project Manager did not receive messages from customer care. Project escalated to a Manager. Installer did not show due to a last minute emergency, completely understandable. A week later no contact regarding another install date.
The company cannot work outside their prescribed process! The employees are nice but completely ineffectual. So frustrated and angry in this matter. First Review I gave 1 star.

Just went through the quote process with Jose. Explanation of how the project would be completed was very thorough. It was a very step by step journey with detailed explanations using tech that made everything very easy to visualize.

Wonderful. Can’t be more pleased. From the consult to the installation everything went great. Very competitive pricing, very courteous & professional.
Hard working installer & did a fantastic job.
