Wow what a cake you made for my brothers 60th birthday. It was amazing.
The detail you went to was incredible. My brother was so overwhelmed and proud of his caravan cake he wouldn't let us cut it for days.

Terri and her colleagues made a fantastic cake for my wife's 80th birthday. It was topped with an elephant beautifully modelled on the Kandy Perehera procession in Sri Lanka. Terri drew design and colour inspiration from photos I sent her. If you need a cake made to the highest professional standards, to meet a very specific brief, look no further. And the combination of flavours - caramel, mango and passion fruit - was out of this world!

Beautiful cupcakes well packaged and well labelled. Delicious.

We had a fabulous experience from start to finish, we were given a very warm welcome by Terri, she was an absolute star, she suggested so much but didn’t push, Terri was fabulous and when we left we felt on an absolute high, the cake was for our wedding, the cake arrived on time and was absolutely gorgeous, we had so many lovely comments, we would highly recommend Terri and her fabulous ability to make you feel like you are important. We will definitely be using Terri again for her fab celebration cakes.

From start to finish Terri was very attentive to our needs and had great ideas on how to make our cake special. We went for a cake testing which was a great experience and shall remain a fond memory of ours. The cake looked amazing and exactly as we requested. Terri made our wedding cake and it was just perfect! She listened to what we wanted and it was a delight to see on our wedding day. A real show stopper, and so many of our guests commented not only about how it looked but how it tasted too!

We had such a lovely experience with Terri, she was very welcoming at the cake tasting and she encouraged us to create our own combination of fillings. We were very happy with our cake and everybody said how lovely it tasted. We had 3 tiers of different flavours and they were all a hit.

The cake that Terri made for us was stunning and delicious. We had a tasting session where she made sure we could try as wide a variety of flavour combinations as possible. However the standout part of her process was the discussion before hand to get an idea of what we were looking for. While we were stuffing our faces with cake she was sketching out design ideas based on that talk.

Absolutely brilliant!
We had our day on 22.10.22 and had our wedding cake made and delivered by EriVica Cakes, and we could not be more thrilled. Everything was spot on, super helpful and accommodating, clearly a very skilled baker. The cake was absolutely stunning, definitely the autumn vibes we were going for, not to mention how tasty the cake itself was.

Every time I walked past the cake table I had some chocolate cake lol, TOO good, I don't know what secret ingredient was put in it but that was the perfect chocolate cake. The bottom tier was the classic strawberry and cream sponge cake, the top tier was apple cinnamon. Sadly I didn't get to try a piece of the apple cinnamon as that was emptied out immediately upon serving lol, but everyone who had some said it was absolutely delicious x

from the first meeting with Teri for my wedding cake tasting I knew she was the person to make my wedding cake..
Terri listened to all my requests and her suggestions made the process so much easier. The only issue was trying to choose my flavours from so many delicious choices!!
I did not have to worry about anything on the day as Terri communicated with the castle and delivery and set up was very smooth and i did not have to think about a thing except enjoying getting ready with a glass of champers!
when I saw my cake after the ceremony I was blown away, just beautiful, every single part of the flowers where so cleverly made with such intricate tiny details from hand and my autumn colours and Scottish theme, was shown amazingly, the cake was to beautiful to eat but unfortunately it did get eaten and everyone agreed it was truly delicious 😋 thankyou so very much for helping my day to be that extra special 😀

The whole experience was exceptional! Terri was very patient with my chopping and changing of ideas and the end result was a scrumptious show stopper of a cake for my husbands birthday! Cannot recommend highly enough.
