Ian and Kevin helped me book a holiday and get my boarding pass. They were fantastic characters, funny, helpful, efficient and patient. We will definitely return to your company and these guys. Many thanks.

I would like to give a big massive "THANK YOU" to >Eric the representative I spoke with for over a week @ Escapefreaks! Eric has truly been the BEST travel advisor i have EVER spoken to while booking a holiday. He has been so kind patient and helpful. He went beyond & above to help to find myself & my family the best deals, & not once has he been pushy or rude. He spoke very clearly (English), with the utmost manners and respect each and every time. I am over the moon Eric was able to book my holiday today, & ANY holiday I plan to go on now....I will always go through Eric first before I think of any other travel agents. Eric has honestly made this booking experience feel very stress free, & I give him 5⭐️+

Very happy customer, who will surely be a returning customer 😀

Booked with Kevin, who was extremely helpful and very patient. Would recommend this service.

Kevin has been amazing arranging our holiday. He originally booked our holiday and found a great all inclusive deal at a four star hotel for the same price as the three star we was originally looking at. My friend then also decided she wanted to add on to the holiday and he was more than happy to assist and find a later flight for her and added her to our room. 10/10 experience! Thanks Kevin!!!
