Sydney was a fantastic travel agent help me with my booking. I gave a lot of requests to him and he was very accommodating in doing what I was trying to ask for even though what I chose wasn't major result. Amazing service from Sidney. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

I had a few questions so called the booking line and spoke to the Sales team. They were excellent, really helpful, clear and provided all the info for the booking over the phone.

Good service from Escape Freaks. The website is user-friendly and easy to use. They have cheaper accommodation deals than booking.com or other companies.
