We have been using ESET for our home, mobiles and laptopsetc for around 10 years and thankfully never had hacking or other issues. We also use it for online banking. Simple setup and operation. Why wouldnt we use it. Great value.

Eset has become much less user friendly…
Eset has become much less user friendly than it was when I first subscribed. I didn’t want to upgrade my product but felt I had to. I just want to have my antivirus without all the emails (like the one asking for a review) stop nagging your customers. Seriously thinking of changing providers when my subscription expires

Love the appearance when I open the app. Excellent layout, easy to use, and a very appealing colour scheme. Nicely designed.
Unlike so many other security solutions, all features work! So far, it's been 100% reliable.
Personally, I would like to see some small indication of the progress of a scan once it's started, but other than that, I am very impressed with ESET Home Security Ultimate. Very well done!

Your product works. Firewall needs a sort option!
Your product works. I have used it for over 20 years.
Before I only used the antivirus no firewall.
It does does not cause lag unlike other brands.
It installs with no issues and provides a minimal amount of interaction unless required.
Buying bulk license dramatically reduces the price.
Negative Things.
# Please ditch AI advisor it's rubbish.
# Disappointing firewall. I cannot sort the firewall rules via columns
EG Sort via "Action" so I can see all applications that I block together.
I know you can use "filters" but you should be able to sort by clicking on a column like a spreadsheet.

Great customer support
I have been using eset virus protection for many years now and never had any problems. Their customer service is excellent with English speaking staff situated in Australia, this has been very helpful for me as I am not great with technology

Protection is needed on the Windows System and Partitions.
Protection is needed on the network and WiFi allowing apps in.
Protection is needed on the filing system.
Backup files on external memory devices need protection as the concept of building up the PC for use is denigrated by implying Windows and the Partitions are corrupt after the backup is obtained.
The method of stealing this way is deceit. And denying plausibility of economic efforts to consumer rites.
