just when you thought nothing could be as better as VET ANTI VIRUS
For ease of setting up,the anti viral program is one to bank on!
I had found that in the past, Eset was similar to VET, as it picked up anything with ease. I stopped using Eset when they had gotten too big and had forgotten the most important rule in business: your everyday consumer is just as important as the bigger contracts, so I left them, as their customer service had become very poor and sloppy.
I have only just rejoined, and so far, they haven't let me down

Not Happy
I have been using ESET for over 10 years, when I came to renewing my subscription I was attempting to do it on the day it was due and I was not given my discount and was forced to pay a higher rate. I will consider not renewing next time.

POOR Possible ILLEGAL OPTIONS
As a RESEELLER for my Client .. I cannot Rollback to the original product Eset Home Security Essentials. I also cannot remove this subscription. As we have an alternative sub.
I can turn Auto-Renew OFF on this landing page.
However, if I subsequently login to my recent ESET HOME client account it shows Auto-Renew as "ON" and I also CANNOT turn it OFF from There !

I was put on to eset by friend that is right up with his tech, I’d used a few other protection programs before and ended up with all sorts of problems made the change to eset and I haven’t looked back and haven’t had a problem since making the change even when I’ve had little problems and needed to call the company they have given great advice and got ontop of the issues quickly and effectively it’s now 2026 and my computers have been hassle free since 2011
