I accidently ordered the wrong bike . But return wasnt a problem.
Poor delivery communication but a promising bike.
Updated review. Netuno Plus
A lack of delivery communication meant that the bike arrived unexpectedly. Fortunately a neighbour took the parcel.
The bike only required a small amount of assembly, but as it's heavy a second pair of hands could come in handy for putting on the front wheel.
The paint finish is a matt black, and it's easy to mark the paintwork so be careful, especially when fitting the handlebars.
I was dubious about the quality - a sticker warning about preventing charging mouth water didn't help that.
However, on taking the bike out I was very impressed with how comfortable and easy it was to ride, even on power level 1. The torque sensor works really well. However, I can't say that the disc brakes are the best.
Overall a promising bike, but delivery communication needs to be improved.
This is my second eskute netuno e-bike…
This is my second eskute netuno e-bike but this time I chose the pro. This comes with a mid drive Bafang M410 motor with a torque sensor. In my humble opinion this is infinitely better than the cadence sensor on the netuno plus. I've had the bike 6 months and on this bike I've done 2000 miles with 65000 feet of climbing. Getting up 20% hills isn't a breeze but it's easier than on my normal Trek bike. Much easier. Goes through the battery though. I'm finding I'm getting 40-50 miles on a full battery (85kg) with around 300m of climbing. On the flat I've had 70 miles until the battery was exhausted. The pro came with a second battery and I do swap them about. My netuno plus now sits idle in the garage which is a shame as it isn't a bad bike either. To be fair you aren't going to do a Megavalanche on this bike but light hills and not so steep hills it's adequate. It's a heavy bike at around 28kg and I feel the brakes could be better. I've had to adjust the pads 5 times and on this bike it's easier than the plus as you can get to the piston on both wheels easily. Not so on the plus where the motor gets in the way of the rear brake. After 2000 miles the rear tyre is getting worn but the chain and gear changing is still slick. It was slick out the box which surprised me. No adjustment necessary. All in all I'm very happy with the bike. It suits my size (1.8m tall with a 78cm inside leg). Others have commented that my bike seems big compared with others but I don't think it is. It's robust. Hopefully Eskute will up their game and move onto lighter bikes with a bigger battery. Finally I'll add that I can cycle at 19mph on the flat easily as the motor gets you to 15.5 mph easily and hills are bit slower with the steepest being at 11mph with a bit of effort (but not as much effort as a non electric bike)

I can highly recommend Eskute customer services, I had a query regarding an issue with my e-bike, they were excellent in responding and fully resolved my query, so in short I would highly recommend them, Tina in particular was very helpful.
Love the bike
Love the bike. Makes hills effortless. Had a problem with spare battery but Eskute support brilliant. Jenny replied quickly and was able to sort the problem.
So far brilliant and at a ridiculously low price compared to most bikes in this range.
I bought the Eskute F100 and I'm very happy with it
I bought the Eskute F100 and am very pleased with it, I had a few minor issues getting used to operating it and setting up the computer, but the after sales team at Eskute are second to none they explained it so even a complete novice on ebikes like me could understand, and even sent me a short video showing me how to do it step by step. The bike also gets lots of positive attention from everyone who has seen it.

Excellent customer service…
Had some battery issues with my 3 year old voyager mountain bike this last couple of months and had resigned to having to purchase a new battery, however thought I'd contact customer service and was delighted with the service received. After sending in a couple of pictures I got some resolve advice, went through the steps and now everything is working great again. I had somehow inadvertently changed the voltage on the bike computer. Excellent service and wouldn't hesitate recommending eskute.

I’m really happy with Eskute’s customer support team. They were super polite and very helpful in solving my problem. What I really appreciated is that they gave me plenty of time to reply and even waited a whole week while I was away on vacation without any pressure. Good customer support and manage to get a replacement quite quick also supplied a very good video to help in changing the damaged torque sensor.

Bought an Eskute M100 for my son.
He barely used it probably 30.miles in total.
Before the rear motor wheel stopped working
Eskute did send a replacement however did not reinburse me the £50 it cost me to get it fitted..definitely would not recommend an Eskute pedal assist to anyone. It should not stop working with hardly any use . 50 miles is nothing for a £600 cycle..
Buyer beware.
So an update 24 August 2025
After submitting my bad experience with this company .
They have seen my review and asked me to remove it and they will pay me 50 pounds which they had previously refused to pay.
My response was that only if they supply me with a new bike will I feel that this is a reputable company to buy from in the future.
At present I would say to all
If you are looking for a ebike for yourself or your children.
STAY WELL AWAY FRIM ESKUTE.
NOTHING BUT TROUBLE AND TERRIBLE

I bought a netuno and it's great
I bought a netuno and it's great. I had an issue with the front forks but was sent out a new pair right away no hassle. The bike itself even if only 250 watts is easily powerful enough to get me to 15 mph and I'm 6 foot 2 and 15 and a half stone. In fact I have bought 3 in total. All in all a great entry level e bike, solid powerful and easy to ride.
Eskute Wayfarer replacement parts.
I’ve had my Eskute Wayfarer for over two and a half years and done 6700kms on it. A couple of weeks ago it fell over and broke the brake lever, I contacted customer service and received an excellent, and patient, service from Jenny. The replacement brake levers are now fitted and I plan to do another 6700km! Thank you Eskute and Jenny in particular.
Outstanding after sales service
Outstanding after sales service, after 7 months and 780 mikes my ebike (m100) had an electrical fault, customer service department quickly replied to my email, provided support to correctly identify the issue and promptly sent out the required parts to me, all absolutely free. My bike is back on the road and working perfectly, buy eskute bikes with complete confidence

Assolutamente sconsigliata
Ho acquistato una bici Eskute poco più di due anni fa. Esattamente una settimana fa la batteria ha iniziato a cedere, adesso faccio circa 1/5 della strada che facevo prima e quando segna 3 tacche si spegne.
Le bici sono progettate male, hanno difetti che potrebbero essere corretti in fase di costruzione a costo zero, i materiali sono abbastanza scadenti, l'assistenza è difficile da raggiungere.
Tornassi indietro punterei su una marca più comune, con più possibilità di trovare ricambi e punti di assistenza.
Don’t buy this bike
I will just start by saying this was worst purchase I have ever made. First the delivery date was stated at 2 weeks bike arrived a month later. Bike assembly was okay but if you buy this bike tightbond every screw. Every part always seemed loose on it. After a month of riding battery died. Customer service sent battery within one week, but that battery has not functioned properly with bike. Always loose never held tight. Honestly maybe put 100km on bike in three years with all the problems. Now a new battery and followed guide to reinstall locking system and checking all wires… nope nothing. DON‘T BUY THIS BIKE.
