I had a issue with battery they have replace me new battery according to website 35 miles with fully charged I get 15 miles max on ESKUTE C100.
But customer service Jenny gave a good support no issue.

I had a problem with my bikes battery so contacted ESKUTE via their customer services. I cannot praise the service I received highly enough. They were incredibly speedy in their response supportive and thoughtful.
My problem was resolved within days so huge thanks to the customer team and Jenny. You are all a credit to the company.
I bought an M100 off the website on…
I bought an M100 off the website on 06/05/2025 to commute to work ,their delivery period states 3-5 days for UK ,today is the 12/05/2025 and according to DPD the bike was only picked up this morning and still in Ireland,tracking had not been updated for 6 days if idve known this in advance I would've purchased elsewhere.
Aftercare service has generally been decent ,Jenny usually responds quickly but DO NOT rely on DPD courier service to deliver on time ,I'm told my bike will arrive on Wednesday which will be 8 days since purchased
UPDATE
Apparently the timeframe for delivery is 3-5 working days so my bike actually did arrive in the stated time but Jenny and Eskute reached out with a free lock & mobile phone holder as a good will gesture, cannot fault customer service with them

Customer Service/Support is great
I was about to reject the bike as I couldn't get it to work, but Jenny from Eskute Support didn't give up and we finally got the bike to work. I've only had a short trip on it so far, but it performed very well my wife also has an Eskute bike the C100 and she loves it.
We sold our first electric folding bikes and bought 2 new bikes from Eskute so far we are very pleased with these very well made bikes much better than our previous folding bikes.

Excellent customer service! Very responsive and extremely helpful. They were even kind enough to send me a free throttle! The M100 ebike really is the best ebike going for it's price. I've had mine for about a month and have used it nearly everyday. It never fails on anything and is very comfortable. The motor on the bike really does make cycling up hill just as easy as cycling downhill. Overall I'm well pleased and would highly recommend Eskute bikes!
Super Service…
Seit einem halben Jahr nutze ich ein Eskute Rad. Die Anlieferung, die Montage, der Service alles kinderleicht und hilfreich. Selbst bei einem Defekt wurde anstandslos binnen weniger Tage Ersatz geschaffen. Ein sehr gutes Unternehmen, dass ich gern weiter empfehle.

Service above & beyond son purchase ancycle for me…
My son purchase an Eskute cycle for me last September 24 It is essential for me as I am disabled.
This is my sole means of transport for shopping , medical visits etc.
To my horror on Saturday last my bike would not perform , battery fully charged,Showed green but but not perform .I tried to switch on but it no response .My Son . A mechanic told me the battery although showing green had no charge .
Easter weekend but I emailed Eskute explaining the situation .Once verified that it was purchased by my son for me , I was told the battery would be replaced ASAP.
Eskute have been truly amazing They have kept in touch , & today just one day later I had an email to say a battery would be with me in 3 to 7 days .
Eskute , thank you so very much , your after sales service is amazing .I wish I could give you more than 5 🌟

Battery problem

Bought the new Netuno plus, slight issue support great
Bought the new Netuno plus, on arrival there where some scratches hence 4 stars, reached out to support and as we everyone spoke with Jenny.
She was great responsive and understanding after a few emails where both a return and exchange or full refund offered we agreed on a solution.
For this I have given 4 stars and also ordered a C100 for the wife, hopefully.
Not had a chance to ride yet but bike looks stunning and support been great
