Love my boots fast shipping

No body seemed to bothered about helping me with my daughter’s head measurements so I could purchase a hat!
I was standing about for about 10 minutes untill I asked someone to help me.
We were spending £720 on a samshields which I consider a lot of money !
Finally someone helped me and we did purchase it , I had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to find a box .
We got home my older daughter works in equestrian retail has been sent on various hat fitting courses.
She checked the Sam shields and said well that doesn’t fit ..
It’s too big !
Dissatisfied all round !

Great service and top quality of clothes

Ordered 2 KEP hats that weren't in stock yet, however the delivery only took less than 2 weeks which is great as I was initially told it could take over 2 weeks! Which is still fast considering they come from the manufacturer in Italy. Customer service was great, answered emails quickly and were super helpful. Products arrived in perfect condition. Overall a really good experience!

This review is not really for the product I purchased, it is for the customer service. I was placing an international order, and for a helmet that was very specific on sizing for two different parts. Somehow, my size entries didn’t check when I placed the initial order, and someone immediately reached out to me to verify my sizes. They also let me know what to expect, and efficiently prepared my order and got it to me right away.
