eTags Reviews

My order arrived on time, or actually, early. It was as described and I cannot thank you enough.

God Bless you all!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don’t use them. I paid and ordered my tags and plate in April. It’s September 10 and they just arrived. Numerous contacts with their customer service resulted in too bad your order was processed and sent and that ends our responsibility I had to go to the state DMV anyway so I paid twice. Their response “too bad”

It's not the DMV site and they're going to charge you BIG $$$. Customer service tells you to stick it in your a$$.

It was great user friendly, and before you know you got your tags

Very easy and convenient. !

I appreciated that it was easy and convenient. I depend on a business to provide great communication. We were a five star because we needed a few things extra in order to accomplish this goal. They were very professional and empathetic to the urgency . Appreciate this company and I highly encourage you to build a strong foundation here .
We love to obey the Law . Thank you again ! We will be back again. And definitely spreading the word about this Heavensent company. Stay blessed !

3rd time in a row that I used this app, and always worked without an issue 🙂

They charge for everything plus 21.95 service charges, shipping, credit card fee, overall it was about 40 dollars. Shame on them.

I moved out of state and used eTags, thinking it would save me a long wait time at the BMV. Instead, they billed me $160 upfront, itemized on the receipt only as an "eTags service fee." When I called customer service on 8/26 to ask what that actually covered, they explained it was for reviewing documents — before and without any actual processing being done.

Then came another $170 invoice, which allegedly included notarization, title transfer, registration, and plates. All together, the total amount they wanted was nearly 2.5x more than the Ohio BMV charges for the same paperwork in person.

While on the phone with the rep, asking him to refund the initial charge and cancel any current requests for inflated payments, he told me flatly there are no refunds and that I should've read the terms of service. I pointed out those terms are vague to the point of being misleading, and then I asked for a manager.

His response: "I already talked to him; he's going to tell you the same thing. Did you want to keep complaining, or is there something else I can help with?"

After taking in circles for almost 20 minutes, he finally said his manager would call me back in 24 hours. Let’s just say I’m still waiting for the call.

That's the whole business model here: collect money for paperwork you could file yourself for less, then stonewall anyone who asks where it went.

If you're relocating and considering this site to skip a DMV visit… Don’t. Go in person. You'll pay less, avoid being insulted, and actually get your title transferred.

Super easy and fast. Will use again 100%.

I paid twice for the same tag

Excelente trabajo. Me llegó a tiempo. Gracias por esta excelente opción

Great fast and furious I loved the service.Highly recommended enjoyed

It was hard to get into the sight but once I was in it was a easy process to get my registration sent to me on e-tag and also by mail. Thank you!

Delivered on time

I paid $191 just for a new title and it was supposed to also be for the sticker for my registration this is a scam n still haven't gotten my new title

The process was simply easy and without any delays. I had confirmation emails within just a couple of minutes that the order was placed successfully.
