Worst company I have ever dealt with in…
Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life from an online service company with regard to a very important NYS Vehicle registration renewal issue.
I ordered a NYS registration for my vehicle 7/16/2026 and they advised it was shipped on 7/26/2026 but they never provided any shipping and tracking info... still to this day as my NYS registration expired.
I would strongly recommend NOT USING them, no matter how many emails I sent they ghosted me until it expired and still no tracking or shipping info.
They stated in an email that they will send a replacement. I don't believe them.
At this point I will go to DMV myself and seek damages from them.
If you need proof, I will send you the chain of countless emails.

My registration was due on Aug 30 so to prevent any possible delays in receiving my tags via mail, I went to etags website on Aug 6th and renewed online. Fast forward to today, Aug 24, I still haven't recieved my new registration/stickers. I called the customer service number and the rep told me I have to wait until the exact 15 Business Days threshold in order for them to re send the sticker. So I have to call them back on Aug 27th. Obviously they aren't arriving. I live in Los Angeles and this company is in Fontana? I am not sure why I haven't recieved them but I have learned my lesson to just go to Dmv kiosk inside of Vons next time. Buyer beware, use the actual DMV site.

The website does not tell us what is the fees they are charging for a service. They are charging a fees but the order can't be cancelled, the is strange because when there is a charge there is an option of cancelling the order. If the charge went to the MVA directly and they have started processing then we do not need a middleman. I feel very bad.
