The packets were a little tiny but once…
The packets were a little tiny but once they were mixed together they made a lovely shower mixture and a lovely shower experience it foamed up very well. You don’t need to use very much and using the special sponge that came with it was really nice it had such a lovely smell.

I'd recommend Ethosa. Their products & customer service is absolutely brilliant!
I had the body wash starter kit and it's lovely. I really enjoyed putting it all together, I thought it was exciting and rewarding.
It smells divine. Has as a lovely texture, which left my skin feeling silky smooth.

Adoro assolutamente tutto di questo prodotto. La polvere diventa un gel dalla consistenza meravigliosa e ha un profumo fantastico. È anche incredibilmente duratura, soprattutto con la spugna naturale di konjac che viene fornita con la confezione iniziale. È un prodotto totalmente naturale e per di più elimina i rifiuti di plastica, poiché il flacone può essere riempito all'infinito.

The product is fantastic
The product is fantastic in every way. Quality and smell are great. Only issue is the delivery from Europe. Not ideal and took some weeks to arrive. Glad I ordered a bunch of refills at the same time. I will order more but leave a long lead time for arrival.

Absolutely amazing to hear how much you like our products - there are actually ore to come early 2023 :-) In "normal" times, the delivery actually takes between 4 and 5 days. Due to the Royal Mail strike, quite a few parcels keep being blocked for ages. Next time, this will not be the case! We are also working on setting up a local UK fulfilment structure. As environmentally friendly as it gets
We’re enjoying using the lovely, velvety smooth shower gel.. and the fact that it has no negative effect on the environment.We just gave a starter pack to our son and our daughter in law as part of their Christmas present.

I love the concept of this body wash…
I love the concept of this body wash and the essential oils smell amazing, unfortunately the packaging especially the essential oil was difficult to manipulate so the oil squirted everywhere except in the bottle. I has to use my own essential oils to replace it. I love my personalised bottle.

Personalised Body Wash Kit
I ordered several personalised Body Wash Starter Kits for Christmas presents, so have not actually used the product and this review is about the delivery. Firstly, it would have been sensible to have some indication on the outside of each box of the name it was personalised for. As it is I am having to open each kit to find out, which makes a mess of the box and detracts from the present. Secondly, as Ethosa has a UK address I assumed the product was produced here and was disappointed to find out it was being transported from Italy, which doesn't seem very environmentally friendly.

Hi Brenda. Thanks for your review and for placing your order in the first place. Based on feedback, we have already taken actions and our boxes are no longer sealed when shipped together as gifts. We will follow up with you in a separate email to offer you a compensation for the repacking you had to take care off for your presents. Our products are indeed produced in the UK and the EU. As we service multiple markets, we currently operate fulfilment centrally from France. We are also working on setting up local UK delivery options. Our products are produced waterless and therefore ultra light to transport, which lowers the CO2 emissions drastically. We hope these answers are helpful at all.

Excellent concept, amazing product, and very well executed. So many companies go on about their green credentials but it’s taking action in such a radical way that will actually make a real difference. I hope other companies try their hardest to adopt to this kind of model. WELL DONE ETHOSA
