Regarding warranty
Regarding warranty, I have been waiting for a repair for 5 months on a Siemens HMI, and then the feedback is again poor when it comes to getting a response from their warranty department..
And now DHL has neglected the delivery, and I have reported it to Eu automation, but this too is getting poor feedback. No response yet after 1 month of waiting, still waiting for an answer where the delivery is.

I have now received another HMI from EU Automation,.(date 251111). and the HMI is starting up....Thanks!

Sorry to hear that you have had a negative experience here.
I have had a look at your case, spoken to your sales representative Maddy and we really want to apologise. I can see that unfortunately as a reseller, we we were given broken promises from our supply chain and have not been able to offer the usual level of service we would usually be able to offer. We will be reviewing this particular supplier's involvement in our supply chain for the future and I can see that Maddy has now been able to source a replacement unit.
I hope that we can work together again soon in order to rebuild our relationship and trust.

Damaged shipment, not resolved properly
An expensive shipment was damaged during transit, largely because it was poorly packaged. The crate disintegrated during shipment and arrived to us with half of the original wood remaining, the remainder of the crate was completely broken in pieces. EU Automation did not offer a satisfactory resolution to the issue and insisted that they had no responsibility for this obvious error. They refused to accept responsibility and would not replace the parts. We will not order parts from them going forward.
