Al momento della conferma d'ordine dovreste essere sicuri che la merce è effettivamente nei vs magazzini altrimenti create problemi agli utenti finali come noi. Sarebbe meglio essere chiari sui tempi di consegna e non vendere merce che non è nella Vostra disponibilità

Al momento dell’ordine, i componenti non erano disponibili nel nostro magazzino, come indicato. Abbiamo fatto affidamento sui tempi di consegna forniti dal nostro fornitore, che purtroppo non sono stati rispettati. Purtroppo, in questo caso specifico, non abbiamo potuto intervenire direttamente, ma ci assumiamo comunque la responsabilità del disagio causato.Le porgiamo le nostre più sincere scuse. Come piccolo gesto di scuse, le offriamo la spedizione gratuita sul suo prossimo ordine.

This compagny is good but...
I appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the people in this company and their packaging and delivery service is excellent, but getting competitive prices can be challenging. The after-sales service also feels a bit unusual and could be improved.
