Singapore branch i have been dealing with for a while and their representative is becoming so rude and disrespectful not even wanting to do business. I ask price and then trying to get some discount and she replied “ how come you quoted my price your customer and now asking further discount “
What is that attitude, i can ask further discount its my decision and if you cant then its your decision!!
I wont use them anymore!!
Price is not fair and people change there and communication not healthy!
Today’s market they seem they dont want to help their customers!!

I have worked with John Midgin each time my company needs drives repaired or even motors. He is amazing and goes above and beyond to help you with your needs. I dealt with a lot of reps and he is by far the best customer service I have ever had

refurbished does not mean a part that…
refurbished does not mean a part that is not in working order you sent me two parts that was not operational i fondly payed more money a ordered a new part. the only thing i would order from you company will be new you don’t have a quality control to make sure you are providing proper refurbished parts.
