The website wasn’t working
The website wasn’t working. When putting eircode in, this caused it to go back a page. Equally, when on the final page the confirmation button was “greyed” out, and payment couldn’t be made.
However.. the phone line was superb and sorted everything out.

Customer service when you are booking…
Customer service when you are booking with Eurocamp is always very good when you are on the holiday the reps aren't always available to help if there is a problem. I will say that i found it hard this when i was ringing to get talking to an agent but they always phoned back.

Website is easy to use. Total price is calculated & then a nice little unexpected discount was applied at the end. Very straightforward booking system. I used to use another company but had a really bad experience with the on a campsite so I switched to eurocamp a few years ago & I can’t fault them.
