Lieferung wurde zusätzlich kostenfrei über ein Drittunternehmen abgesichert, sodass Rückversand, Verspätung oder gescheiterte Zustellung nichts sind, worüber ich mir Sorgen gemacht habe.
Donnerstag bestellt, Samstag schon da. Habe ich nicht erwartet.
Schlechteste Produktqualität. Schlechtester Kundenservice. Ich habe ein BOOX Note Air4 C × 1 für 560 € gekauft, und es ging innerhalb von weniger als einem Jahr kaputt. Als ich die Garantie in Anspruch nehmen wollte, sagten sie, das E-Ink-Display sei durch äußere Einwirkung beschädigt worden und falle daher nicht unter die Garantie. Es gibt keinerlei Anzeichen für äußere Beschädigungen, aber sie behaupteten, dass das gerissene Display nach dem Auseinanderbauen sichtbar sei. Ich habe das Gerät sorgfältig benutzt. Wenn eine derart vorsichtige Nutzung bereits zu äußeren Schäden führt, dann ist es ein sehr minderwertiges und empfindliches Produkt, das 560 € nicht wert ist. Ich werde mich dieser Firma nie wieder nähern.

Me asusté bastante viendo las criticas en esta web sobre la tienda. Pero por recomendación de un conocido decidí darle una oportunidad.
Todo bien, me contestaron a mis preguntas en menos de 24 horas. El producto se compró un lunes y lo recibí 7 días después (habrían sido 5 si UPS no fuera tan lento..) pero todo llegó perfectamente embalado y protegido.
La gente puntua bajo porque, simplemente, no saben lo que compran, se piensan que una pantalla de tinta electronica es lo mismo que la pantalla de un iPad y se ponen a devolver como locos.
Si no vas a devolver tu producto, todo irá bien comprando directamente.
Lieferzeit wurde nicht eingehalten, weshalb ich nach einer Woche storniert habe. Paket angeblich schon verschickt. In der UPS-Sendungsverfolgung die ich Tags drauf erhalten habe wird die Einlieferung des Pakets 2 Tage später bestätigt. Annahme habe ich verweigert, die Rücksendung ist seit bald einer Woche angekommen, mein Geld aber nicht. Die Begründung: es müsse erst geprüft werden. Ich hatte das Paket nicht mal in der Hand, geschweige denn geöffnet. Die Kommunikation ist nicht hilfreich. Ich versuche denn Fall jetzt über Paypal zu eskalieren.
Onyx verkauft Boox Produkte im Euroshop mit 30 day return Werbung. Ich habe massive ruckel Problem und freezing Probleme mit dem neuen Note Max und möchte es drei Tage nach dem Erhalt zurückgeben und von meinem Widerrufsrecht Gebrauch machen.
Onyx verweist nun auf ihre Geschäftsbedingungen und verlangt, dass man neben den hohen Rücksendekosten auch eine receipt Gebühr von 20€ akzeptiert, sonst bekommt man kein Retourenlabel.
Damit verstösst Onyx gegen geltendes Recht und ich habe nun ein PayPal Fall eröffnen müssen.
Boox Euro shop is a nightmare. They can't even deliver within a month, they do not let you know when there are delays, and the customer service is terrible. Not to mention, blaming the shipping company for things that Boox is obviously in charge of.
Boox customer service in general has been poor in my experience, as they do not answer the questions that are being asked. It therefore takes an endless amount of back and forth to figure out simple things. You're better off just throwing your questions in any search engine.
TOTAL SCAM Brand New Tablet from Boox with broken screen
Received a Brand New Tablet from Boox. Screen is broken and you can see two hits on the corners of the device. I immediately contacted them and they told me they would investigate in 10 days. It's been one month.
They told me they could send the device back BUT they will not refund my money until their investigation is complete. I opened a case with consumer protection from the European Union. I just can't believe this company TOTAL SCAM!!!
I purchased a Boox device hoping for a premium e-reader and productivity tool. Unfortunately, the product fell far short of expectations. Basic tasks like running two apps simultaneously caused constant crashes, making it completely unsuitable for my needs.
When I requested a return within their stated policy, the experience became even worse. After weeks of back-and-forth emails, I finally sent the product back with tracked delivery, which was confirmed as received by Boox two weeks ago. Yet, they have still not refunded my money.
To make matters worse, my PayPal dispute was closed in their favour, leaving me out of pocket with no product. Boox has ignored my follow-ups, and their customer service is shockingly slow and dismissive.
Avoid this company at all costs. The product quality doesn’t match the price, and their return/refund process is a nightmare.
Worst customer service ever. After parcel was not delivered as promised on their website (and I was not available to pick it up days later), it was all of a sudden my problem and I was threatened with extra cost for return shipment or loss of shipment.

Wie schon der Kollege meinte. Nur auf Amazon bestellen! Reine abzocke, keine Chance das Produkt zurück zu senden. Sitze jetzt auf einem 700 Euro Gerät, dass ich nicht haben will.
No reaction from Customer Service, no shipping, no confirmation of cancellation (because they never shipped it) - avoid this shop.
I purchased a device with accessories and wanted to return it after it was sent out.
The company claims that they cannot find the returned package and keeps replying with an automatic replay asking me to declare the package as lost by UPS (basically asking me to lie).
UPS records say that the package was successfully returned to the sender months back.
They launched an investigation about the package and sent a claim to Boox, but Boox refuses to show me the results and keeps telling me to make a claim to UPS that the parcel was lost (it wasnt).
All the while I already returned the device but I am not getting my refund. (750+ Euros)
Die Rücksenderichtlinien sind ein Witz. Mein Tipp: Kauft das Gerät auf Amazon, nicht in diesem Shop.
Trübt leider, wie gut das Gerät eigentlich ist.
I wanted to exchange a tablet I bought for a larger model within the legal 14 day cooling off period, and the seller is essentially charging me 52EUR for the return: a 15EUR receipt charge + will not refund the standard shipping 11.75EUR I paid when I bought it (against EU consumer regulations listed in europa.eu) + wants me to ship the item back to Hong Kong, even though I bought it in the European online shop and was shipped from a warehouse in Germany. This will cost me another 25EUR.
All in amounts to 51.75 euros of wasted money for buying in this shop versus a more reliable seller such as BOL.com, Amazon or CoolBlue. Will never buy from this shop again.
