This company is the most horrible to purchase from!! it took for ever to receive 2 separate orders, they sent some cheap material stuff, things i didnt even order and the one item that i did order is the wrong color!!!
They refuse to refund me & I was so upset that I wrote them a blasting email so they offered to refund only half the order the nerve!! Im calling my credit card company and the BBB to complain!!

The product offered on the website was very different than the product I received. I ordered patio covers that looked fairly sturdy on the website. What I received was basically a nylon cover with an elastic band. I can mail it back to China and once they receive it, I will get a refund, hopefully.

The refund process went like this: my first email for a refund request I received a reply that I could receive a 30% cash refund and keep the package. I said no thank you then it was a 50% refund and I can keep the package, I said no thank you. Finally they sent me the mailing address which is China for 100% refund. Since I have to mail it back to China which seems like a great waste of energy, I asked for 75% refund and I’ll keep it and just donate it. Maybe somebody could use it for a pillow cover. They counter offered with 60% and said no more. So I’m mailing them back to China and hoping to get 100% refund.

Evaberry uses misleading branding to look like a US company, but they are actually located in China. If the product you receive does not match what was sold on their website, getting your money back is nearly impossible. They require you to pay out-of-pocket to return the item to China for a full refund, which costs more than the item itself. Save your money and stick to verified US companies!

I would give them zero if I could. These items are not coming from New York, they are coming from out of the county so if you need it anytime soon, do not purchase from them. Not only did it take several weeks longer than expected the items were junk. I order slip covers for outdoor cushions, the ones on the web site look really nice what was sent is just junk, does not fit, material really cheap, no inside elastic as shown, etc. Now trying to return and have not received a response, sent 3 emails still waiting. Do not use this company

I ordered (and received) the metro-sling bag about a month ago. It felt cheap upon arrival but it was perfect size since I don’t carry a lot of items around with me. Within 2 weeks, the stitching started coming undone from one of its straps. One more ‘sling’ and it would have ripped clear off. Notified evaberry c.s. W pictures and askd for replacement. Their answer? No. Fell just outside of warranty period. So, don’t waste your $35 on this pos bag. And on evaberry products in general.

I should have read the reviews first. The fabric of the outfit purchased was polyester, definitely not linen, nor even linen like, the color was a drab blue gray, and the construction was poor the seems were puckered and there were lots of loose threads. I would not recommend purchasing and am going to try to return the outfit I ordered.

The "New York" label is misinformation, as the products are shipped from Asia. I have been waiting for two weeks and have not yet received my order.

I ordered two knives from them I found out that they want stand behind what they sell. The knife cost over $50 a peace one knife was bad and they want make it good. Run from this place. I sent a email March 10th I don't think that was the first one.

The product was not as described. It said it was a stained glass lantern, suncatcher. Instead, it was a Super cheap piece of plastic with a picture of a stained glass lantern. I emailed them and tried to get a refund. They emailed me back offering me a 30% refund. I told them I'd like a full refund, then they offered me a 50% refund.

Do Not order from this company. Cheap cheap cheap!
Extremely low quality mis represented clothing. Forget about returning something going back to China $$$$$.

THE ADD SHOWED FULL AND LUSH GRENERY WHICH IS WHY I PAID $120 FOR THREE FERNS AND A SPRIG OF MORNING GLORY. UPON RECEIPT, EVEN THE THREE SPRINGS OF FERN WAS NOT FULL ENOUGH FOR ONE POT AND THE MORNING GLORY SPRIG WAS ALL SMASHED AND WRINKLED. I COULD HAVE PURCHASED THE SAME ITEMS AT WALMART FOR $30. I ASKED TO RETURN FOR A FULL REFUND TO WICH THEY REPLIED, THEY WOULD GIVE ME A 20% REFUND. I REPEATED MY REQUEST FOR FULL REFUND, THEY CAME BACK WITH A 50% REFUND. I REQUESTED AGAIN FOR A FULL REFUND AND A SHIPPING LABEL TO RETURN THE PRODUCT. THEY SAID THE RETURN SHIPPING WAS ON ME TO PAY AND THAT THEY WERE PROVIDING THE CHINA ADDRESS TO ME AS A COURTESY. DONT USE THIS COMAPNY!

Waited almost a month for “white” pants from Evaberry NewYork… and got yellow/cream (see photo).

The material is paper-thin, the buttons feel cheap, and the overall quality is nowhere near what’s advertised. This feels like one of those brands that looks great online but completely misses in real life.

Ordered a "posture correcting bra" and received a flimsy piece of fabric with bunched up padding that sticks out of a hole in the middle. It does not at all match the video advertisement. It is unwearable. Immediately requesting a refund and of course now seeing that I may have to pay the shipping costs to send it back. Such a rip off.

This company is a SCAM! I ordered flowers that took a month to receive after several emails and finally got 2 stems of flowers that look worse than Dollar Tree $1.25 stems that cost me $45! After several requests return the for a full refund. I was given a million options. DO NOT ORDER! Keep writing bad reviews! Shut them down!!!!

Insteed I got plastic teeth which do not fit. I could have bought a better set from the Spirit Halloween store.

OMG!! First the order took unbelievably(over a month) long. The order was wrong. The return was even more a disaster with a return address being 12" long. Designed to discourage a customer to just forget it. I do recommend ordering anything from this company

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering what looked like a great posture bra. What I received was not remotely what was advertised, was flimsy like silk underwear AND would have fit a toddler. Though they also state "satisfaction guaranteed", they do not honor that at all. I sent pictures of what was advertised along side of what I actually received. Like others I now see in the reviews, they offer a partial refund and say to "gift" the bra to someone who can use it. Total scam. The big lesson here is this: do NOT buy from any vendors like this who are advertising on Pineterest!!!!
