I purchased by mistake a posture correcting bra from Eva Berry. I was scrolling through my Pinterest and Came Upon This bra and I clicked on it to look at it and somehow it purchased it for me. I could not get out of it. So I received the bra it was so thin it was ridiculous I tried putting it on it did not go over my breast it sat right on my chest. I tried to contact the company through email and received a message that it was the incorrect email so I tried looking up a phone number and there is no phone number. So I got taken for like 30 some dollars for this thin bra that doesn't cover my boobs. So buyer beware don't scroll just keep on going

Horrible customer service. Sent me the wrong product and would not issue a return and just kept asking me for more pictures. I wish I would have read this board before ordering.

If I could give this company less, I would. If something with the product is not right, or you don’t like it, FORGET sending it back… it Has to be sent to China!
I ordered a bra. The bra wouldn’t even go over my boobs… the length of the arm holes were too small. Plus it was poorly made. I wrote to Evaberry. They offered me a replacement. But, after seeing how poorly made it was, I just wanted to return it. Evaberry offered me 20% off, then 50% off instead of sending it back to China. I finally took the 50% off and threw the bra away…

Product was completly different than advertised. Did not provide any kind of support it claimed. Customer service is a joke. They will ask you to pay for shipping to the warehouse in China in order to do a return even if the item is defective. If I could give zero stars I would. I should have done more research before trusting the website.

Poor quality and no refund in sight. I purchased 2 bras made of some random thin nylon cut out with no stitching, tiny shoulder pads for the cup and reeked of chemicals. Just sickening and awful!! This company and its distributors should be shut down!!

Sent me the wrong item. Customer Service offered to let me buy another item for 50% off! Unbelievable! Did not offer to send me the item I ordered. Then they offered me a 30% refund. Still did not offer to let me return the wrong item or send the correct one. DO NOT BUY FROM YHIS COMPANY.

Reading glasses were pure Chinese junk. Don’t go anywhere near this company.

I recently made a purchase, and when I tried to return the product, finding customer support was extremely difficult and frustrating. I still have the merchandise because they have yet to tell me the return procedure and address to mail it to.

They picture something completely different than what is sent to you. I ordered a hair topper with three clips underneath to attach it to the top of my head. They sent me hair attached to a cheap butterfly clip with zip ties…
I emailed them to request a refund. They responded with a 50% off code on a different item. Why? So I can get scammed again!? Evaberry is 💩. Don’t associate yourself with them.

After 18 emails, I’m done. This company is dishonest, manipulative, and a complete waste of time. They have officially lost a customer and earned a well-deserved terrible review. the return policy is false advertising. My leggings were never worn, and I attempted to return them immediately (the day they arrived). The only reason they were never sent back is because the company refused to provide a return address—despite repeated requests. Instead of honoring their policy, they stalled, dodged, and tried to negotiate away my refund (first offering a coupon, then offering 30% of my refund back finally 50% of my refund back after arguing), the company customer service clearly hoping to run out the return window while holding my money hostage. I even made it clear I would pay return shipping myself, yet they still refused to process a proper return.
This is not customer service. It’s a deliberate strategy to avoid refunds while pushing a low-quality product on customers until they give up. Completely unethical. I will never purchase from this company again, and I strongly recommend others stay far away I wished there was zero stars as a warning label.

The product that they presented was not remotely close to what I received. They are not offering a refund, even though their website says that you can receive a full refund within 30 days. They first offered me a 50% off my next purchase then the second time they offered me a 30% refund. Buyer beware stay away.

Year old pensioner i sent for the teeth they show on there site they are complete rip off I told them and they said they would not refund there excuse was that you could have had them in your mouth trust me you put them in your mouth they are so small you could swallow them in my opinion they are dangerous they said they would give me a 50% off there prices are outrageous don’t go there.

Do NOT order from this company. They do not take returns although they lie on their website and say they do within 30 days. I tried to cancel my order within 24 hours, was told to wait for product, and now that I’ve emailed several times for next steps on how to make a refund - no one responds. It’s a fraudulent company. Do not order anything.

Not even a one star is justified for this deceptive company! I ordered a sweater dress on November 17. It never came. On December 9 I received an email that it had been delivered. That was never on my porch camera. I emailed them and NEVER got a reply. I will deny the charge thru my bank.
That is the only way I will ever get a refund. DO NOT ORDER from this company!!!!

Do not purchase from them. This is a complete scam. I ordered a sweater dress and pair of pants and both are compete Chinese junk. You can only email for a refund and they simply don’t respond. These people should be ashamed of themselves.

I bought some items from the company. Finally, when I received them, the quality was very poor. I sent an email regarding returns.
That email was responded to asking for reasons ( they had been explained) after about 5 days going back and forth, THEY ARE PROPOSING A 30% REFUND AND FOR ME TO KEEP THE ITEMS , WHICH I WILL NEVER WEAR OR GIFT. THEY ALSO WORK UNDER ANOTHER NAME ISADORA

Awful company.
From China: I ordered a Squishmallo advent calendar and it took two weeks to arrive because it came from China. These were not cheap, if I wanted things direct from China I would have gone though Temu.
Fake Product: Upon arrival the advent calendars were not filled with the advertised 2.5" plush dolls but instead were full of half inch poorly made plastic figurines in the round shape of a Squishmallo.
No Refund: I requested a full refund (by email bc that is the only way to reach them) and received a response that instead of a refund they would like to offer me 50% off another product! Now I have to email again to decline this "offer" and will probably have to resolve this though my credit card via dispute.
Update: In regard to the dispute, it was denied because they sent my credit card company an email they sent me stating they are here to help and then said I didn't respond. I had responded to that email though, they just cut off my response. This company is pure deception all around.
