Event Branding UK Reviews

I would like to thank the whole team that made the ordering & design of my order first class & extremely professional.

What a service Hannah gave being a bit older I get a little confused about ordering from the internet but the whole service was handled expertly taking me through stage by stage to make sure I was completely satisfied with everything and I was the quality is superb the artwork fantastic and the service exceptional,Im sure poor Hannah must be on ca 24/7 definitely recommend 👍

I saw Event Branding on a social media site and decided to have a look at what they can offer our club. I followed the simple instructions for what id like to have on the flag, very soon after a few emails with the team I had several great designs to choose from. I was able to see how the design would look and with ease EB could alter the design to suit. Very good communications from EB. I took receipt of the flag today and am extremely happy with it. Good thick material, solid spike for the ground and great design. All in all I would definitely use EB again and be sure to recommend to others. Its been a great easy process. How a company should be. Thanks again to you all, FDMCC.

Absolutely brilliant business, quality of their work is outstanding( I would know with me ordering a lot.) The customer service on top of that is brilliant, delivery time is aimed to be within 24hours of postage, production time is really quick and reliable and design team will always lend a hand if you ever need it. If I was able to give 6 stars I would

After initial phone conversation, the design was started after a few drafts the final design was agreed.

I was late ordering prior to Christmas on the 16th of December
a double sided feather flag. they told me they could not promise it would be done before Christmas and the date would normally have been the 6th of January but low and behold it turned up prior to Christmas. Service was above and beyond.

100% Excellent Experience! What a fabulous professional team of talent! Outstanding results with the best flag created for Hygge Nordic Sauna.
Looking forward to my next Event Branding Experience.

Flags arrived very fast, excellent quality, love the design, fast email response, hope to deal with you again in the future 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Event Branding were very attentive and let me change their designs as much as I needed to to create exactly what I wanted even suggesting a handful of different designs initially for me to work off, they got back to me quickly throughout the process for me to check things through.
I was worried about ordering with this company as I just found them on Google so if you’re in the same position as me - don't be and go for it!
I took delivery of my 2 pull up banners and 2 feather flags yesterday and the quality is fantastic, even the quality of the bags the items go in are superb!

The whole process from designing the flags and gazebo to delivery was smooth and very professional. It could not have been easier and more efficient. Will definitely recommend.

Very prompt and efficient service.

Fantastic service from enquiry to delivery, the team were very responsive to messages. Quality product received which received lots of compliments on its first outing! Highly recommend.

The professionalism and design service were amazin nothing was too much i asked on a few occasions to chamge the design and it eas done.
Item arived and is perfect

Very easy to order and the gazebo is top quality. Nothing compared to domestic gazebos that are flimsy and will break in two seconds but heavy duty enough to be tough wearing and manageable. Gazebo does not fold with the side panels to fit in bag, so they have to be detached. But really good quality and will last long. Quality product and service throughout especially the design staff.

Needed a duplicate item made for UK events. No hassle, really quick turnround and delivery. Made the process very easy

We are a large organisation expecting to order many products. We have ordered a test batch and only half the ordered has arrived on time. We have sent multiple emails to those we were dealing with to enquire on the whereabouts of the main section to our event parcel, but all comms ignored. Not a great start at all.
