Event Branding UK Reviews

A pleasure to do business with, I asked for the design to be changed a few times until it was right, nothing was too much trouble. The flag arrived yesterday and I'm very impressed with the quality of the flag, I was concerned the QR code might not work but it does, very pleased, thank you.

Response time was good but we felt in the end that you cannot talk to anyone, for whatever reason. The frame arrived first and we have many gazebos and the quality was not as good as what we were expecting. We have many other 50mm Hex frame gazebos. Plastic fittings and clips I don’t think this will last long. To be honest I was expecting something a lot better as their marketing is good. The printing is good quality but we are disappointed in the frame quality considering we paid extra for the best they offer.

So easy to order, amazing mock up designs, 4 to choose from. Delivery was easy and on time. Product quality exceeded my expectations, so pleased with the product,we will definitely use again and recommend to all we know and encourage those who are looking

Excellent service. Very pleased with the feather flag I ordered. Would certainly use again when I need more banners etc.

Great responsiveness and team have been great throughout

Fantastic experience with Event Branding UK! The team were professional, helpful, and delivered exactly what we needed for our event. The quality of the branding and materials was excellent, and everything arrived on time. Communication was clear throughout the whole process, and they made everything simple and stress-free.
Highly recommend Event Branding UK if you're looking for reliable, high-quality event branding. We’ll definitely be using them again in the future!

Excellent service with guidance from start to finish. The flags will help us to promote awareness for Sarcoma UK at all our events.

I’m very happy with my display stand banner from Event Branding – the printing quality is excellent, vibrant colours, sharp details, and it looks professional in person. No issues with the material or finish at all. I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing custom display items.
I’ve also ordered a display gazebo from them previously, and that was excellent too – sturdy, well-printed, and held up great at our outdoor event. Really impressed with the overall quality and turnaround time. Will definitely use them again!

The design process is quite thorough and production doesn't start until it's approved by you. We opted for the standard gazebo frame, which is good quality and sturdy. The fabric feels very durable and we're very pleased with the print quality of our design.

I recently ordered a branded gazebo for our rugby club from Event Branding UK. The design and product itself is excellent - the build quality is very good and the finished product looks fantastic.

However, we did experience quiet a few issues.

Firstly, the incorrect gazebo frame was initially sent. We had ordered the upgraded heavy-duty frame, but received the standard frame instead.

Secondly, unfortunately the delivery experience with their courier (Parcelforce) was extremely poor and overshadowed what should have been a straightforward order.

Across multiple consignments we experienced:

Parcels incorrectly marked as “refused”.

Items held at the depot for over two weeks despite being sent via Express24.

Parcels returned to sender due to supposed addressing issues (the address was correct).

A promised redelivery via FedEx that ultimately still arrived through Parcelforce.

The final delivery left outside in the rain despite tracking stating it had been placed “inside porch”.

This resulted in significant delays and unnecessary time spent trying to resolve issues via Event Branding UK and Parcelforce.

To be fair to Event Branding UK, Naomi did try to assist and even refunded the delivery charges, which I appreciate. However, the courier issues were persistent enough that it did impact our operational planning and took up a lot of time to try and get a resolution.

They have been extremely helpful they’ve done everything I have asked for all very friendly & approachable
Completely understanding and ii would recommend and use them again !

Excellent quality banner produced for me. Very good easy communication re the design of it. Care was taken throughout the production process. 🐿️🐿️

We needed a replacement part . I contacted them on Friday afternoon and it was dispatched and arrived Tuesday morning - excellent service

Excellent speedy response

Responsive, great designs, adjusted to our requests, great product and great quality, quick delivery.

Incredibly easy to get what you want. A couple of e mails back and forth with lovely Hannah and job done. A branded gazebo with sides, table cover, flag and a pull up, done, dusted and delivered within a week.
Very highly recommended to anyone thinking about such items.

Great help and adjustments during the design process of my custom gazebo, accommodating and meeting all requested changes, with good communication throughout the process. Once the order was placed it was confirmed and put into production very quick and received my custom gazebo faster than expected.
The design and print on the fabric for the gazebo exceeded my expectations and I was very happy with it and it looks brilliant. Also support with questions asked after receiving the gazebo were promptly responded to.
I'll be sure to use Event Branding again in the future when I need their services.
