Event Branding UK Reviews

Brilliant - very easy to work with and they make sure you get exactly what you want design wise. The products are super tough (i've tried the large flags and table cloth). They really do help your ogranisation stand out in the crowd.

Fabulous customer service. Speedy delivery and brilliant design. Really stands out in community settings such as village days and fetes.

Outstanding Service from Event Branding UK

From the very first conversation, the team at Event Branding UK took the time to understand exactly who we are, the events we host, and the image we wanted to create. They didn't just produce a design, they listened, guided us with their expertise, and created branding that perfectly reflects our vision.

Their customer service has been second to none. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and they have consistently gone above and beyond to make sure we are completely happy every step of the way. Their advice, professionalism, and commitment to getting everything just right have been absolutely outstanding.

The quality of their work speaks for itself, and their dedication to their customers is something you don't come across every day. Every minute spent working with them has been worthwhile.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5

Great service.
We had not a lot of time left to try and sort a new gazebo as ours had broken. We had an event coming up. These guys not only got our design up and complete they got the whole thing sent out to us in time. Great quality and fadt service to help us in an emergency. Thank you.

I asked them to create a banner for me. They helped with design. Really fast and easy service. Great quality. We are really happy.

Brilliant service. Quick, efficient and matching our requirements exactly. We were amazed when we put up our first feather flag and can’t wait to see all four pitch side.

Somehow broke the bottom 1/4 piece of my 4.8m Feather Flag pole. Reluctantly had to buy a whole new pole - all 4 sections. At least it came quickly & with a new flag & pole carry bag…

Great communication, and the items arrived on time - very efficient and pleasant to work with. Excellent service!

Excellent service from begining to end.
I purchased a medium size flag ,I gave them a few ideas of what I would like printed on both sides and Event Branding done the rest.It turned out superb. Good quallity material was used .I am very pleased.

A very amazing company gazebo was better than I was expecting . The carry bag broke and they sent a replacement in 24 hours . Easy to erect great material and very strong alloy gazebo

Very good service. Between correspondence back and forth to ensure everything was right to the quick production and delivery. Great customer support.

The whole ordering process was easy and communication was great.
Final product was excellent used at an event the day after arrival.

I ordered flags on behalf of a school PTA. Event Branding designed the flags for me, utilising a very poor quality copy of the logo, which was all I could provide. The design and quality of the finished product was absolutely outstanding, I could not be happier with them. Excellent customer service too- they prioritised delivery to arrive in time for Sports Day!

Very friendly staff, easy to communicate with, stress free and the quality of the product is just outstanding.

I wasn’t sure what the quality would be like of the final product having generated the design I wanted using AI.

So you can imagine my joy when I set it up and it was awesome. Quality of print, robustness of the gazebo all screamed top quality.

Hannah and Lauren were both really helpful with fantastic and prompt communication.

Would 100% recommend.

I needed a gazebo at very short notice for our championship show. Event Branding couldn’t have made it any easier for me!!! From design to delivery all effortlessly simple. Look forward to seeing our new gazebo at our championship show this weekend along with the complimentary flag. Thanks to all staff at Event Branding

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one.

We were considering placing an order for branded products, but after speaking with customer services, we have decided to take our business elsewhere.

The call itself seemed normal until the adviser Aled thought he had ended it. He hadn’t. I then heard them laughing about me before the line disconnected. That is completely unprofessional and shows a serious lack of respect for customers.

I run businesses myself, and if one of my employees behaved like that towards a customer, they would not be representing the company again in a forward facing role if a role at all. Customers deserve to be treated with professionalism, whether a sale is made or not.

This experience has left me questioning the company’s customer service standards and the culture within the business. If staff feel comfortable mocking customers, it suggests that behaviour is either tolerated or not addressed.

A company’s products are only one part of the experience. How it treats people matters just as much. Based on this interaction, I cannot recommend this company and will be taking our business elsewhere.

Well done. 0/10 customer service.

We have been trying to get sorted for a while and at every step was met with patience and professionalism.
The results were definitely worth it.
We had a deadline date for an event but they arrived a week before so have had their first outing at another one .
Thank you so much. They are great.
One minor comment, the stand could do with holes in to peg it down...

Absolutely do anything to help even when your a wally ... we love our banner and are saving up for flags we just need them to start do inflatable tubes then perfect for our needs

Very responsible and good, quick communications. I needed a gazebo that reflected our running club’s vest design and the starting point for the design iteration was a single vest pic that I sent. The interactive process to get to exactly what I wanted took a bit of time (and the final mock-up for approval re-introduced a text error) but the end result is excellent. In addition the actual gazebo design is well thought out and easy to assemble.
