Event Branding UK Reviews

They are absolutely brilliant! The designer understood what we wanted almost straight away. The turnaround was well within stated times and the communication was really helpful. The end product is fab in terms of look but also its functional and so easy to put up and take down! We have had so many compliments! Thank you!

The quality of the service from start to finish was excellent! If you're a small business like ourselves consider using Event branding, they're so friendly and supportive and have made such an amazing branding product for us!

The process took a little longer than I would have liked but once I called in and had conversations everything sped up and changes required were completed. The customer service sales team were very good and the gazebo arrived perfect! It is exactly as I had imagined and makes such a stand, very pleased. Its definitely an investment for a brand my size but it has been used, easy to set up, solid, and very eye catching. Really pleased, thank you.

Naomi and the rest of the team have been brilliant to work with, have been very patient with multiple tweaks to ideas for the design and the communication has been very good from the outset.

We're absolutely delighted with our items, have already received a positive reaction to posts on our social media channels and we're really excited about putting our items on display at our event next week.

I'd highly recommend ordering with Event Branding, an excellent experience throughout and you'll be glad you placed the order!

The exchanges with event branding ensured that we were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Once all images and design approved our rugby club gazebo was delivered very quickly. Product is robust and good quality with the clear imagery & QR code displayed. Great team & company.

Event branding was excellent throughout the design process, responding to updates quickly and producing a lovely final gazebo! Thank you for such a good quality product.

Dealing with Event Branding was very professional, and I really feel they got a good supporting business process, as everything is online digital and very seamless.

Really great gazebo. Design team were incredible and super fast turn around

The product was amazing and as shown on the mockups. We ordered a tablelcoth. We have previously purchased tablecloths, gazebos and flags from Event Branding before and we have been very satisfied with them all. Quality is amazing, service is very quick and helpful.

The company were pretty good, reacted well to design changes and delivery issues, cannot fault them there.
In our case we asked for one final alteration to the artwork which was carried out efficiently, however, at the same time another unrequested change was made, and it wasn't obvious, nor were we looking for it on the proof. Upshot is the final gazebo has a glaring error which, as we agreed the artwork wasn't the companies fault. I suppose we live with it. Won't get caught again

Amazing service and excellent quality Gazebo

A great company to work with. Helpful service before we even placed our order. Kept informed and updated at all times. Great delivery.Products were exactly as described and great quality. Prices were exceptionally competitive and good value. Would not hesitate to use them again!

Great communication and quality
I've used my new gazebo a couple of times now, the design on it is exactly what i wanted, its easy to put up and down and I've had lots of comments about how good it looks.
I also ordered a flag and a roller banner and they are all of the same high quality. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent company to deal with - very quick response to questions and alterations - cost was very competitive- and product is good quality. Would thoroughly recommend

The customer service is very good from start to finish with your order...I've now used Event Branding on 3 occasions. The quality of the products are outstanding making our displays pop...highly recommend

The service from start to finish was impeccable. Order processed very quickly all delivered super fast and i am very pleased with it.

Outstanding help and support to make the best quality products

Really happy with the backdrop we ordered and would order more. The only negative comes from the hope we would receive the product despite being told "we will try out best".

It would be better to say "no, it's impossible" and be totally honest rather than say "we'll try" and not deliver.

Customer service was however very friendly.
