Tenant eviction Reviews 

Last year we had the misfortune of having a tenant who moved in to our rental property, who then stopped paying rent after the first month. Never having been in this situation before and with the complication of the normal repossession and eviction process having been suspended due to COVID, we were at a loss as to what to do. We found Evicthem on the internet and decided to go ahead and use the service after reading the excellent feedback on Trustpilot.

We were desperate and needed the tenant out of our property as we could not afford 2 mortgages. We needed reliable advice. Andrew at Evicthem far exceeded our expectations: he was highly knowledgeable in the subject; approachable; talked us carefully through the process; diligently advised us on the correct way to complete the paperwork; always returned our calls and was happy to answer our numerous questions.

Our tenant eventually left the property when we were issued with a court date which we put down to Andrew having guided us correctly through the legal process. We can’t thank him or recommend him enough!

Unfortunately this is the third time that I have had to use Evicthem. However as usual we have received the normal outstanding service from Andrew. Their service is competitively priced, efficient and instructions are clear and Andrew is a pleasure to work with. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Finally managed to Get a Repossession on the 7th Jan 2021 all thanks to Andrew. Over 1 year Rent Arrears and I had no idea on the Process/Procedures. (1st and hopefully last eviction.)

I would most likely be waiting or re-submitting incorrect paperwork had I not found Evictthem. Not 1 Problem/Issue/Error from start to finish. Made the entire process easy considering the many new Lock Down/Covid Rules the Government kept adding to delay Repossessions/Evictions.

Evicthem was full of good advice that as a landlord you could make mistakes. Andrew was so helpful all the way through from doing court papers & issuing them to the courts. Covid was keeping tenants in arrears safe even though arrears were pre covid. My tenant eventually got rehoused by the council & went before court hearing & eviction. The house was left in appalling
Condition & left us with all the expense ,arrears, & refurb property again but at least she’s gone 😁. I would recommend using eviction anytime you have a bad tenant. Andrew always answered the phone & the advise was always encouraging. Thank you again evicthem

So pleased I used Andrew at Evicthem when recently looking to get a tenant out of a property my parents own. I'm also a landlord and thought I was pretty clued up on serving notice etc, but having spoken to Andrew I soon realised there were gaps in my knowledge and I would never have been able to put together the submission he drew up on our behalf. Great service from Andrew at Evicthem. Andrew has been amazing in the whole process and provided support with a S8 eviction, pretty complicated one with a council tenant who is legally aided. When things didn't go to plan during the hearing due a judge's mistake on what was a mandatory ground, Andrew was right back on the case and offered support although he didn't need to. He recommended me to his friend Eddie who has been brilliant in assisting me with the the defence and counterclaim of the defendant.

I haven't got my possession yet so watch this space but with Andrew's knowledge and Eddie's I know I am in good hands!

I would highly recommend Andrew's services and Evicthem. If you are looking to evict a tenant do not hesitate to contact him. The process is so complicated and has so many loopholes, it really isn't worth having a go yourselves.
