Why was I so worried. Thanks to Andrew's help and advice I now have my possession order. I have tried to do this myself in the past but it was so complicated, but for just a few hundred pounds the whole experience was stress free for me and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company to friends in a similar situation. The whole procedure from start to finish was explained in detail and the documents professionally produced and delivered on time. All I had to do was e-mail a few documents over to Andrew and then I sat back and waited for him and the court to do their stuff. He had all angles covered and I was never in any doubt that it would produce results. I just didn't realise how quickly I would have my property back. Nothing was too much trouble, even if he had to explain things a few times before I understood;-) Eviction is a terribly stressful time, and the legal process can be mind blowing and full of pitfalls, but by using Evicthem I felt assured that the experts were dealing with my case and I would ultimately have my property back. I have used this company for an eviction in Birkenhead. It has turned out to be a shambles .They are ok at the initial part but once it goes past the service of eviction they are expensive and in my case when the defendant apposed the claim they could not carry the case on as they are not solicitors.
My advice would be to start with a solicitor, it will be cheaper and less bother in the long run. I am now left with a tenant I cannot get rid of.

Ed was our main point of contact and was always available to get in touch with by email and calls, He was able to answer any questions i had and explained the process and time frame required. He made sure we did not waste any further money and placed us at ease at each step of the way. I would definitely use his experience and expertise again if needed. Overall very professional and delivered our property back.

Today I had fantastic news, my second property eviction was granted for three individuals in my HMO property.

The first eviction which I was granted possession for went through smoothly and I got the property back a week ago, and today the judge granted possession for my other property where the tenants have been a nightmare to get rid of.

Even though I am a portfolio landlord this is the first time I have come across problematic tenants and I was quite clueless about the process.

The Oxford City Coucil tenant liaisons officer actually recommended Andrew to me, so I had no problems with approaching him. After also speaking to solicitors, Andrew was the only person to understand the situation as it wasn’t quite straight forward. And today we can see it is safe to say that he has a vast amount of knowledge in this field.

The other reassuring thing was that he was ALWAYS on the other side of the phone which makes the stress so much more manageable.

I hope not have to use you again but if I ever need an eviction I will not hesitate to come back to you.
