Evry have not delivered my product and are impossible to contact. When tracking, the product is ‘on its way’, not ‘out for delivery’. There have been other Evry deliveries in this area.

Parcel dumped in the porch of a post office, by an extremely lazy delivery man. Consequently the parcel was stolen.
Customer service is totally useless. After you put a complaint in they continually tell you they will get back to you. They do not answer at all, however many times you get on the chat line
Will not use them again and would advise other people to think twice before sending a parcel with them.

Parcel was meant to be delivered today, status was out for delivery. Now it says that they were unable to deliver today. Never again I will buy anything if delivery will be with evri.
Forgot to mention. Parcel to be delivered within same city. 4 days so far is not picked up from shop by courier. Never seen such an awful customer service

I wish I'd have looked at trust reviews before I got robbed. 24hour delivery. Eight days later they came back to tell me to claim on insurance that will pay less than 10% of the value. I wonder if they will they also have the cheek to not refund me the "delivery" charge.
Item was the size of an arm chair. 14kg only but huge. They "lost" it. Never Evry Again.
Was it TrustPilot? They now messaged me to say they have found my package and need to double the delivery fee I have already paid as the parcel is either overweight or size. I check both before I sent it. I paid the extraneous fee. I'll change my rating if the 24 hour delivery now holds true - just 14 days later...
OMG - they delivered back to me - all of 200metres away from the parcel shop I sent it from and for twice the originally expected payment. ARGH!!!
The worst delivery service ever
The worst delivery service ever. They changed a delivery date a few times and I haven not received my order yet.
Customer service is not functional at all, almost does not exist.
Avoid using of this delivery company by any means.
Relying on Evri??
Ordered through eBay 13th April. Order acknowledged and advised ready for courier Evri then, I got expected delivery dates that changed (5 times).
It's now 20th and NO DELIVERY.

I don't even think of giving 1 star. Your driver left the parcel in the front of the door. What could actually fit through the letter box. And hours later is bee stolen. So who is going to give me the money back? I got cctv so I know what I'm talking about

No human communication
I’ve waited to write this review because it’s that bad it’s hard to get my head around it. It started off when I ordered a garden scarifier from vonhaus via Amazon. When it arrived a few days later I realised that I would probably be better off with the smaller one, so I thought I’ll return this unused, and unpacked one. When I receive my refund I’ll order the smaller one, easy, or so I thought.
I went on the Amazon website, then vonhaus and from there was sent to Evri returns. The form I filled in, return date etc, printed off the label taped it to the box to be picked up 25/02/2025. Nothing happened, no pickup.
Went on to the Evri computer generated farce to ask why my parcel wasn’t picked up and was told that it would be the next day, 26/02/2025.
If my parcel wasn’t picked up by 13.00 the next day they would escalate my problem somewhere. I was told to contact the non existent customer service again
When the parcel was not collected again the next day, I was asked how I would like to be contacted, because they were escalating my case, by email or by phone.
I thought finally I’m getting somewhere a human being is going to contact me, and so I gave my phone number. This was the second time my case was escalated to somewhere or someone else. I WAS NEVER CONTACTED VIE PHONE OR EMAIL
Unfortunately the next time I contacted the Evri computer generated farce and gave all my details again I was told they couldn’t find my parcel in the warehouse, and had escalated it to someone at a warehouse in Manchester.
The parcel was still sitting in my hallway waited to be picked up.
Twice I informed them it was sitting in my hallway waiting to be collected.
Unbelievably this happened again the next time I tried to contact them, then I was told to use a different courier service.
I would like a human being to tell me why I have been treated so badly?
I have screen shots of the computer generated correspondence, and I know you will have them on your system.

I suppose you will be happy to know I’ve given up trying to return the item I didn’t won’t. I have used it once then sold it on, at a considerable loss.
Only 2 Days Late! What a Result!
No, I really mean it! Because after reading the 91% One Star reviews, I was preparing myself never to see my parcel! I did not choose Evri - the eBay seller uses them. Lesson learned, in future I will try and avoid merchants that use Evri.

Worst delivery company ever! Left my parcel at an unknown door, thank god we've got a Ring doorbell as proof of no delivery.
Never again
Never again. They left my parcel on the street and marked it as "left at the porch." Useless company. I had to drive back late Saturday night to the company to prevent anyone from stealing it.
