Found Exactly through Reddit and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I made. They offer a well-rounded service covering both immigration and accounting, which saved me a lot of time and hassle.

The team is patient, professional, and communicative. After a couple of meetings to go over all the details, I was supported end-to-end — from the first appointment to receiving my visa and setting up as autónomo.

Big thanks to Jaime (lawyer) and Nora (accounting) for their help throughout the process. Would definitely recommend to anyone navigating this.

I am using exactly ES as my accountants and to set up as an autonomo. I was really nervous about finding a good accountant. I can not speak more highly about the service they are providing and would recommend them very highly. They are efficient and very reasonable costs

As an autónomo, I truly appreciate the excellent support provided by Exactly Accountancy in handling all aspects of my case. They assisted me with my autónomo registration, activation, and all Social Security–related matters.

Most recently, Carlos Jaramillo helped me register my family as beneficiaries under my Social Security online, something that would have taken significantly more time and effort to handle on my own.

Their service is excellent, they are always attentive, and they consistently take the time to listen and help. I highly recommend them.

Avoid using their services, they do not know what they are doing.

We used them for an important application of Beckhams Law. They charged us 250 Euros. The application was declined, because they used a date of entry into the country instead of the date of an official document from the UK Government.

It is their job to know how to apply, unfortunately they didn't know. We were paying for a professional service, but they should never have taken our case on. It was not possible for us to be successful for Beckhams Law based on the date of the document, which they should have been aware of. We only established this after we took legal advice when the application was declined.

Furthermore, when we complained and asked for a refund. They agreed a 50% credit off future services. So they accepted the fault, but attempted to force us to work with them again in the future instead of doing the right thing. We paid a premium just for a quick turn around, the least they could have done would be to refund that.

I would have considered working with them in the future if they had resolved this matter fairly. They were very helpful on the phone and quick to take my money for the failed application.

I’ve had a great experience with Exactly Accounting so far. They’re really quick to get back to you and always very helpful. They explain everything clearly and are more than happy to take care of things for you, which makes the whole process feel easy and stress-free.
