Absolutely a disaster. Please do not use this application and company - if you respect your candidates going into an exam.

Zero would have been a Perfect score. Why does EXIN and Pink Elephant associate themselves with such an incompetent company. They are not up to standard when it comes to proctoring. Worst experience ever, stay away!!!

The best ever survive

The program stalled, could not log in to start, proctor would not connect, then the extention would not load (which is something you could have us do before hand!!!) Then the proctor spoke with such an accent I couldn't understand a word :( Finally got the computer stuff resolved 45 minutes later, freaking out and upset...how do you think I did on my exam. Not to mention they want to see the room, the ceiling and he made me open my desk drawers...this seems a little far! I would never again agree to write through Examity in the future! 1 star rating is too good for you.

It baffles me why educational institutions continue to rely on Examity.com despite clear evidence that it falls short of delivering on its promises. After two attempts to register for an exam, I was still unable to proceed due to a fundamentally dysfunctional system. I followed all the necessary steps and adhered to the platform's platforms, yet when I reached out for help, the support team essentially told me there was nothing they could do to resolve the issue.

This experience highlights a more profound problem beyond just the platform itself. It raises questions about the accountability of the institutions that continue to utilize Examity despite its flaws. These schools ultimately fail their students by choosing to partner with a platform that does not function as intended. Instead of providing a reliable and accessible system, they are forcing students to endure technical hurdles that disrupt their academic progress.

It is frustrating that these institutions do not seem to recognize that their decision to stick with Examity reflects poorly on their commitment to student success. If they know the platform’s platforms, it is irresponsible to continue using it. It is not just Examity that is failing—it is the schools that enable this failure by continuing to use a service that doesn’t delidoesn'ttudents deserve better than a system that wastes their time and hinders their ability to complete exams. If schools are serious about supporting their students, they should invest in tools and services that are reliable, efficient, and responsive to their needs.

They didn't allow me to take my test because of their technical issues. The test was due that day and accounted for 20% of my grade. They made no effort to fix the issue and have been very difficult with issuing a refund.

I am taking the Aceable Agent test on Examity and for the 3rd time in a row, there are 6 test, I have had a terrible user experience. This time in particular I had to postpone my test because the examity app was caught in a loop. After wasting 2 hours, I had to quit and schedule time to take the test again. I wonder why Aceable stays with Examity.

I was unable to complete an English course because of this ****ing website. They did not send me the link to take the test until after the deadline to take the test, and did not allow me to reschedule. This is the second time I've had to use this test proctor, and last time it took me an entire week to get in. This time they just completely locked me out of the test. If I get held back for this I'll sue examity.

I write review maybe once every 2 years. The experience that I had today with this place was astonishing. What an absolute joke of a company. I was going for an exam and they don't listen to you at all when you talk and interrupt you when you are speaking, every single person that I spoke to seems to be in training or doesnt know how to answer a question, So I was thrown on hold many many times, sitting there waiting. Honestly, you could get away with anything in the actual exam if you wanted to because of how useless they are. Would NEVER EVER recommend any business to use this as an exam provider - Find another provider, Examity is a joke. Wish I could give a 0.

I contacted support using the "chat with an expert" but clearly they are not an expert. They have no idea what they're doing. I asked simple questions and they are clueless. They hung up on me and provided me with no support.

Although the system was hard to navigate when not using a google device, the online chat helpers are experts! Seriously, anything you need, they got you! Janaki especially, thank you Janaki!!!!

I had my Accuplacer examination with Examity scheduled for today at 8:30 am. Unfortunately, I was not able to start my exam due to the brain-dead proctor on the opposite side of the screen. This sad excuse for a professional proctor made me close my blinds and take my entire cork-board out of my room for “preparation of the examination” which I thought was completely ridiculous . She also made me show underneath my desk and show the bottom of my computer to my mirror that is connected to my door. Later on, I had an issue with my examination and needed assistance from my proctor. To my pleasant surprise, this woman was completely inattentive for 5 whole minutes, delaying my examination further. Thank you Examity for doing the absolute bare minimum. Do better.

I had to walk around and give a "house tour" of all my closets, bathrooms, bedroom, living room, kitchen, cabinets and drawers with prescription medication and other private items (recorded). I was forced to rearrange my furniture for my third exam cause it randomly stopped fitting their criteria. Cannot understand the workers nor do they answer questions. Complete invasion of privacy as this company has now see more of my living space than my own family members.

Customer service has no capacity to think outside of the exam instructions. Will just repeat what the instructions say within the test. Even when exam instructions don't align with companies instructions for the same exam.

Horrible service. Bunch of errors within the websites test and not much help and very impatient test providers. Trying to get a refund...lets see how that goes.

THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER THEY HAVE RIGGED QUESTIONS THEY PUT 2 POSSIBLE CORRECT ANDWERS THAT BOTH CAN BE CORRECT TO THE QUESTION. THEY MESS WITH YOU IN THE BEGINING SAYING THEY CANT SEE YOUR ID OR THEY NEED TO SEE MY ROOM OVER AND OVER AGAIN LAST NIGHT SHE DID THIS TO ME FINALLY GOT TO MY TESTING AS I HAVE DYSLEXIA SO READING THE QUESTIONS TOMYSELF HELPS ME CHOSE THE BEST ANSWER SHE TOLD ME I CANT READ QUESTIONS OUTLOUD AND I FAILED BY 1 QUESTION BECAUSE IM NOT LIKE EVERYONE ELSE TO CAN READ THE QUESTIONS IN THEIR HEADS AND GET IT RIGHT!! THIS SYSTEM IS UNFAIR AND THESE PEOPLE ARE ALL DISRESPECTFUL YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.... THIS COMPANY MADE ME PAY 10$ TO TAKE THIS TEST TWICE ITS CRAP I PRAY THIS COMPANY GETS SHUT DOWN

I hate this application so much and I only used it twice... almost 7 minutes just for them to actually join and Forty minutes just for the proctor to start the test. Enough time for a student's nerve to get to them and start forgetting everything they reviewed. We kept going back and forth in a circle for almost forty minutes, I was mostly prepared for the exam but the longer the process took just to complete the pre-exam my anxiety kicked in and I pretty much just went blank for the whole exam. Even a lockdown browser never takes this much time just to begin. They wanted to see the four corners of my wall, they wanted to see my floor they wanted to see my laptop screen so I had to go to my private bathroom just so they could see it and read every single instruction, the lady kept having to consult with the higher up for every single "rule" and said that I couldn't use a piece of blank paper if she couldn't see it on camera. She asked me to turn on the lights in a room that does not have light, or the exam will not begin even when I told her that the only source of light was the bathroom. She read that the instruction said I must be in a room where no one was in and the only room available was the bedroom because someone was in the living room and then she proceeded to tell me that I should go to the living room, even after my explanation. like are you serious? I hate this so much and the fact that I ended up failing the exam because I ended up having a panic attack and going blank in the process of taking the exam. rather than feeling comfortable during the exam process I just kept thinking about the fact that my privacy was just invaded without regards to what I think and how I felt about it. Well done examity, you guys are just out here completely ruining the whole purpose. Even taking an exam in person with a professor supervising is a better experience than this crappy situation. I have never written a review on anyone before, but I just felt so angry, irritated, and disappointed in the whole situation that I decided to speak up here, so others are aware of what they are getting themselves into when they decide to use this terrible site.

My proctor could speak faster than the speed of light.

There company is full of people with accents that don’t know how to explain instructions. So I left and just told the dude I wanted a refund so he told me he couldn’t help me he directed me to email them. And the email he gave me is not available to receive emails so that whole website knows what there doing. I do not recommend to take a test there it’s going to frustrate you and there just going to scam u if u want a refund. And if you call there number they sit on the phone talking to you for 10 minutes knowing you want a refund and then want to say after 10 minutes they can not help you and will send you to that same email this website is pathetic and I don’t know how it’s still a thing.
