Myplan always seem to have no record of your calls when requesting an investigation.
They sell you a dream & rob you blind !
Locked into another 3yr contract scamming me even further.

I enquired after a sim only business contract…

I enquired after a business contract for 6 sim only deal. Had a call from Chelsea Hodnett who was very responsive and we agreed a contract. The sims never arrived and the team were left without the use of their mobile phones. I was unable to contact her directly over 4 days. I called the number on her email many times, but was always left on hold, for times, over 20 mins. I have had to ask O2 to reconnect the sim for 4 of the users. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

What an awful company

What an awful company! If you care about your money, PLEASE avoid Myplan.com.
I was with EE for 15 years without any problems, then one day I let a salesperson from Myplan.com handle my switch, and this was the biggest mistake I have ever made!
I am now paying £277 each month for 3 mobile phones, but I only have 1 mobile phone from Myplan.com!
I suffered a severe accident that left me unable to work, and I am now on disability benefits. I had to close my limited company. Myplan.com incorrectly records me as a sole trader. I even contacted the Ombudsman, but they couldn’t help because of my contract with this terrible company!
They are useless. They take nearly all my benefits, and unfortunately, I have another 18 months of this hardship!
They are thieves.
This company shows no mercy.
My children and I have very old mobile phones, and we can’t upgrade because it would cost us EVEN more.
We pay so much for basically just a connection.
I have sent them 51 emails explaining that I am on benefits and broke. They don’t care! If I don’t pay the £277 each month, they disconnect our services — which they have done many times when I pay a few days late!
They are terrible!
Please AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!

Would give it no stars if i could,

Avoid MyPlan if you care about your money and credit score.

MyPlan promised to fully handle my buyout from EE when my contract started. They failed to do so, never informed me of any additional requirements, and as a result my account was sent to debt recovery and my credit score was damaged.

Have been charged for international calls I have not made by saying the company in gloucester England is an international call yet my other 2 colleague not on this network don' get charged and will not refund me the cost. Run a small care company and cannot use the number I have always used most days any concerns we have with there system

Will say half way though billing cannot do anything were EE would of sorted regardless and have been great trying to sort out the debt this company landed me in

This company’s lack of professionalism and empathy has caused me so much stress when I have been quite ill

I am having to look at paying off the contract or getting a sims card and just keep paying until its finished Very poor experience overall .

if it sound to go to be true and say will save you a lot of money be aware as has cost me more in the end with more stress
Also have more premium rate and charges that were included in EE - check what is included

Also no cooling of period which I thought was illegal

Avoid MyPlan if you care about your money and credit score.

The internet service itself is almost useless — slow, unstable, and not reliable. Customer service is non-existent. Calls go unanswered, emails ignored, and there is zero accountability.

This company’s lack of professionalism has caused me real financial stress. Very poor experience overall.

After 10 days I told them I wanted to cancel the contract which they seem tohave ignored. Fortunately I cancelled the direct debit, before thay could charge me.
I'm holding them in breach of contract as the service they provided "was not fit for purpose"

Avoid now this company will clean your bank account any chance they get do not deal with them and you will thank me later just stick with the phone company you are with I never had dealings with a company like this before I think the last person I spoke to was a cleaner that lifted the phone on the way by as he didn't know anything about what he was talking about please don't join them and tell others

MyPlan.com Review

MyPlan.com is the worst mobile service provider I’ve ever used. Once you sign up with them, you’re locked into a 36-month contract, and if you’re unhappy and want to leave, you have to buy your way out of it.
I’ve been a customer for 4 years. I was promised a new phone but was told I’d only receive it after 24 months, and I’m still using my old phone. They’ve been charging me £42 + VAT just for using an O2 SIM card, which was never mentioned when I joined.
If your monthly payment bounces for any reason, they’ll add an extra £20 fee for two months.
I strongly recommend avoiding this company, they are misleading and untrustworthy.

Absolute scammers at this company, terrible customer service that never gives correct information and account managers that hide behind them and won’t contact me.

Terrible company

I’ve had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Plan.com, and I can confidently say it’s been a nightmare. Here are the key issues I've faced:

1. **Misleading Pricing**: When I initially joined, I was asked how much I was comfortable spending each month. I clearly stated my budget, and they assured me that both the plan and the phone I wanted were achievable within that amount. However, when I was about to sign the contract, I discovered that the VAT was not included in their pricing, which pushed the total well over my budget. They tried to gloss over these hidden costs, but after some back and forth, they finally adjusted the contract to include VAT. To make matters worse, I was blindsided by a requirement to pay two months upfront, which I had no prior knowledge of, right before Christmas. When I attempted to cancel my contract, I found out I was just one day over the cool-off period.

2. **Excessive Charges**: Plan.com charges a ridiculous £12 fee if you don’t set up a direct debit and prefer to pay by phone. On top of that, if you miss a payment by just one day, they slap you with an extra £20, making it feel like they’re just waiting to catch you out.

3. **Outrageous Roaming Charges**: While on holiday, I turned off my data roaming and even the signal button and relied solely on WiFi. Unfortunately, my phone connected to their signal towers without my knowledge whenever my WiFi dropped, leading to an astronomical £4000 bill in just four days. Despite receiving a text from them blocking my account after I exceeded my limit, they initially demanded I pay up. It took threatening to escalate the issue to the ombudsman for them to finally acknowledge their mistake and settle for a still outrageous £700.

4. **Unhelpful Customer Service**: Interactions with their staff have been terrible. They were not only rude but also sarcastic when I was trying to negotiate a payment plan that stretched to 17 months. It felt like they were more interested in making things difficult than actually helping.

5. **Constant Issues**: Since then, I've continued to face problems. Recently, they attempted to cut off my service two days before my bill was due, claiming I hadn’t honored my payment plan. After a frustrating call, they admitted it was an error on their part, but I suspect it was a ploy to take the remaining £500 balance in one go. Thankfully, I had changed the account linked to my direct debit, or I might have been in serious trouble.

In short, my experience with Plan.com has been fraught with hidden fees, aggressive customer service, and billing errors. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. This company prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction, and I regret ever signing up with them, I count down the days to end my contact and leave this awful company.

Extremely poor. App is poor. Customer services is poor, service is poor. Tried to get out of my contract due to poor services missing out on work due to call diverting not working. Prices rising. Rude , condescending email correspondence. Won’t let me leave my contract!

COMPLETE SCAM - STAY AWAY.

This company has completely scammed me for 4 years!
I have been paying outrageous prices and they always have a back door that you can’t leave your contract!
I paid the termination fee recently which was £500 even after paying for the phone for 4 years and now they are still taking money monthly from my account and they are so hard to deal with to get anything helpful!!

If my plan would reach out to me personally, resolve this problem and explain everything for me this would change.

For now STAY CLEAR
