The lady on the phone
The lady on the phone, being English, was understandable and understood me, it makes a change to negotiating with people of an Asian persuasion who cannot understand Scottish dialect, nor me Indian dialect.
The problem was sorted after five minutes and all was well.
However, phoning many times on Saturday and Sunday was frustrating as nobody answered or called back as requested! That would be a one star.
